Pros:

Jeancarlos was a very kind and helpful host. Whenever we asked a question he was very helpful and his communication was great. The location is central to PJ and perfect to walk to the pier for trips to corcovado. Safe parking and clean facilities. Price vs facilities ratio is perfect.

War Ok für einen Kurzaufenthalt;)
Pros:

Als Vor bzw Nach Übernachtung bzgl Corcovado Tour ideal. 10 Minuten zum Steg bzgl Boot.
Kleine Zimmer, etwas muffig. War noch im Rahmen :D konnten unser Auto während unseres Corcovado Ausfluges am Grundstück stehen lassen über Nacht.

Cons:

Schon sehr abgewohnt, etwas ungemütlich und dunkel.

Pros:

I cannot praise the host enough. We stayed only one night before going to Corcavado. He helped us with everything, allowed to leave a car for few days, helped with laundry and went above and beyond.
The place is relaxed, with a nice garden and well equipped kitchen. Recommended

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming making our stay a here good.
Pros:

It had what we needed. The host and staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were especially helpful in allowing us the secure storage of our rental car when we went away for several days on a trip into Corcovado National Park

Book it, and have no regrets!
Pros:

We booked this last minute in the pouring rain and Jeancarlos couldn’t have been more accommodating! Super great room, great shower, comfy and kitchen access with strong WiFi. We needed a place for one night to crash (and leave our car) before our trip to Corcovado and this was perfect. Car was secure with no extra fee, 10 mins walk to the pier and he was super responsive on text - just can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Jean Carlos!!

Great couple nights with coffee in the morning!
Pros:

Good bed and a fantastic hot shower!

Cons:

A loud rooster lived next door. The location was a little out of the way if you are walking. Great proximity to the airport, but a little far from everything else.
