The whole experience at Maseria Valentina was just amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and kind especially Mirko. We loved our dinner at their Nono Vittorio restaurant too, we are so happy we chose to stay there for our anniversary. Great place, we will come back again.

Iedereen was vriendelijk, de kamers zijn ruim en perfect schoon! Flink oog voor detail en alles is netjes verzorgd zoals het ontbijt en diner. Prachtige omgeving! Wij waren erg tevreden over ons verblijf en zijn zelfs 2x terug gegaan tijdens onze reis.
Fabulous room with double shower - such a luxury! Pool and grounds were very beautifully and tastefully renovated and staff were very attentive and helpful.
Only the largest room was still available when we booked & we felt it was just a little on the pricey side despite all the luxurious touches….
We had high hopes for this Masseria and had it booked more than 6 months in advance. With its exceptional ratings and the fact that it was quite new and everything looked great on their website and instagram, we expected it to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Unfortunately there are a number of issues we encountered which soured our stay and we felt very let down given the price we paid.
The biggest and most prevalent issue in our eyes was how open to the public the Masseria is. As a boutique hotel with only 5 luxury rooms, we expected a quiet, intimate and romantic stay. This was dashed when we discovered on our first day that the Masseria allows people not staying at the hotel to use its facilities. The pool area is open to people from outside, which really ruined the romantic experience for us. An expectation of a quiet and relaxing stay was dashed when on our first full day there were families with screaming children at the pool and garden area, who were not guests of the hotel.
The hotel reserves cabanas for hotel guests and sunbeds are for use for outside people. As we wanted to sunbathe in the sun we also wanted to use a sunbed, but they were all taken up by outside guests. We had to resort to lying on the grass while the people who were not staying at the hotel got to enjoy the use of the sunbeds and the facilities.
While the hotel does not advertise itself as adults only and children are allowed to stay in the rooms with their parents, dealing with kids from people who aren’t even guests was frustrating.
The adjoining restaurant is open to members of the public as well, and while we thought this wasn’t a huge deal to begin with, it create some uncomfortable moments for us. As there are no restrictions for anyone (no cordoned off areas or signs saying hotel guests only), people seemed free to wander around the hotel.
The facilities, food (we had lunch and dinner), our room the ‘Fiano’ with the terrace overlooking the dinner courtyard, and the location is a 10 min drive to Ostuni. Thank you to Arianna and everyone for making our stay special!

L’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel, le soucis du détail dans tout, afin de rendre le séjour des plus agréable et confortable. L’ambiance est calme et reposante, la nourriture est exquise. Merci encore à Ludovic et son équipe ! Un merci spécial à Ariana pour nos échanges en français. Nous recommandons la Masseria Valentina sans hésitation !

Beautifully restored / renovated masseria. The pool area was perfect. Loved the size of the bedroom and private terrace.
Only downside was the shower pressure was often poor.
It was well located to Ostuni but was a tranquil haven away from the crowds. The staff were well organised and friendly. Our room was large, airy, well equipped and comfortable. Dinner, served in the open courtyard with good food and wine, seemed very special

The restaurant closes on a Wednesday, so the only way to get food is head into town which is a 50€ taxi return.
Excellent boutique hotel. Incredible building, great staff and wondering restaurant. We ate there 2/3 nights of our stay and the food was amazing. The breakfast was also terrific, with very fresh and home cooked items available.
Although it was April, the weather was good and we sat out on one of the beds beside the pool and read our books - it was beautiful. We would love to stay here again some time in the future.
