No glassware although said they were included
Windows wouldn't close so heard everything outside.
No where to hang clothes
Instructions to the room was a little unclear so took awhile to.find our room.

The steps were broken going to the bar and un safe the hot tub was cold and did not work to warm up

Floors were not the cleanest the pull down blinds were rusted to hell the fridge didn't work so are drinks were warm the beds were all single so uncomfortable windiw cills rotten towels were very warn an stained honestly the place needs a good re vamp no way was it worth the money had trouble getting in the door no one answered the mobile number provided thankfully the lad come down said he was waiting for us since 3pm I stated upon booking I wouldn't be checking in till 7pm due to work commitments only think good was the hot tub very disappointed

Fridge did not work.
No kettle.
Bathroom smelt strongly of urine.
Duvet covers beyond creased.

No basics such as tea & coffee making facilities, but they did provide a kettle on request and we brought our own tea/coffee/cups.
The stairs to the bar were a little nerve racking, definitely do not attempt with heels!!!

There was no kettle to make cuppas so had to walk over the street for our morning coffees. Bin is tiny so you will need to bring bags for rubbish. Would stay again if there was a kettle and drinks making facilities, this to us and a lot of people is standard in all hotels/ accommodation.

The room was great with the hot tub in etc and the fact it’s aimed for larger groups but bare in mind you don’t get anything else supplied in the room like tea/coffee making facilities for the morning

Not enough glasses. Air con could stronger

On arrival we asked about there not being a kettle in the room, we were told that we could go Sainsbury’s opposite. Looking now at reviews, this has been raised numerous times before and we’ve never stayed a property without a kettle before. No plug by mirror, no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. No hairdryer although says there is. Fridge didn’t stay cold. Shower floods the bathroom so had to be mega quick and put towel on floor to soak up excess water. Overall we feel very expensive for what is provided.

There were a few things that would have made our stay better such as having a kettle and mugs for morning brews.
A long wall mirror and shelf for 2-3 people to sit at and do hair and makeup.
A towel rail for towels to dry off and hang up.
A bathroom mat as the tiles as beautiful as they are, are extremely slippy and quite dangerous when wet!!
I would recommend bringing along with you extra pillow(s) as they are very thin.
We managed to turn the hot tub off at the wall button in the vestibule before entering your room but didn’t realise this also turned the fridge off 😂😂😂 which meant thing started stinking in there! So to be able to have the fridge on when hot tub off would be great.
The hot tub was dirty with tan marks on arrival and water dirty. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned!!
…. Despite these downsides we had a great stay! So don’t let these things put you off staying here! Just be well prepared with what you bring…. ie a kettle 😂😂 i would book here again for a hen party as. It’s great fun and location is spot on with parking across the road!
