Lovely & clean. Well stocked house with everything, pots, pans, dishes, extra towels, blankets. Everything. Best I have ever stayed in.
It was too cold to go for a swim. Can’t help the weather.
Julian was welcoming and friendly.
Respected privacy and allowed us to use the pool. The Poripori River swim holes were also close for a walk and swim if you prefer a natural environment.
Proximity to highway which was busy and noisy throughout the day.
The location was perfect for us as we had a family occasion 4 minutes up the road

It was really clean and tidy, the hosts were welcoming, really convenient location, great utilities and very comfortable.

Location was perfect for us, as it was close to wedding venue
We loved everything about our stay. Beautifully presented and clean. Plenty of space for us to be together but to also have our own separate spaces when needing time to ourselves and to recharge. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and even with what we didn’t know we needed. The pool was fantastic and one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation but when we arrived, the whole property was exactly what we wanted and the pool was the cherry on top! Our family occupied both the 3 bedroom dwelling and the cottage which was perfect! Julian and Frances were amazing hosts!
The cottage was perfect for two members of our family who could join us at the main house but also have their own space. Just like the main house the cottage is a wonderful space, well equipped and so comfortable. Thank you Julian & Frances for your hospitality and thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome.
