We really enjoyed our stay at Barceló Cappadocia. The hotel is beautifully presented and has excellent amenities, while the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was consistently tasty, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. At times, communicating over the phone with Housekeeping and Room Service was difficult due to the language barrier. It would be helpful to ensure that staff handling guest calls have a basic command of commonly spoken languages such as English.

The in-room dining prices also felt a little high for the portion sizes. I actually prefer reasonably sized portions, but in that case, the pricing could be adjusted to offer better value for money.

Lastly, our balcony had no shade or covering, which meant there was quite a lot of bird droppings on it. Some form of covering or more frequent cleaning would make the balcony much more enjoyable to use.

The room was beautiful and large, well designed and perfect for a family.

Cons:

The hotel is apparently 5 star but service was a 3 star at best. Room service food was very average and the hotel had no personality to it. I think it’s designed for large tour groups not for families.
The pool area was uninspired and service nowhere to be found.

Nulla di particolare , di per sè stanza grande e ben arredata.

Cons:

Camera prenotata con terrazzo, praticamente inutile in quanto affacciato alla strada e io livello della stanza seppur al terzo piano, sei a livello strada.
Piscina perennemente affollata e non attrezzata.
Staff poco collaborativo e poco accogliente.
Letto matrimoniale scomodo, due letti twin uniti.
Trovato capelli in doccia al check in.
