Perfect location at the southern tip of Norway
Pros:

We had a room facing the restaurant and the sea which was fabulous. The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was comfortable and the staff were really helpful with any extras we needed. The entry to the lighthouse was especially appreciated and we enjoyed the visit. Breakfast was consistently good and we had dinner on one evening which was lovely. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Virkelig sødt personale og dejligt tæt på restaurant Under, som vi kom for at spise på.
Området er fantastisk og helt klart et besøg værd!

Cons:

Hele hotellet trænger til en seriøs opgradering. I forhold til at være “tilhørende”/nabo -hotel til en Michelin restaurant, var opholdet desværre en smule skuffende. Restauranten var lukket hele weekenden og der var ingen andre muligheder for mad end et supermarked eller Michelin restauranten. Hotelværelset var rent og pænt, men meget spartansk indrettet. Der var ingen roomservice.

Svarte ikke i det hele tatt til forventningene man har til et 4 stjernes hotell.
Pros:

Mange hyggelige medarbeidere. Leiligheten var fin.

Cons:

Ikke som forventet av et 4-stjernes hotell. Frokost: Så ikke noe til lokalprodusert mat (som man skrøt av i reklamen). Ikke brunost. Ikke tilfredstillende merking av de forskjellige påleggssortene (gul ost sier ingenting). Alt for dårlig bemanning som førte til at mye manglet.

Service: Hotelrommet var ikke utstyrt med håndklær og såpe. Slapp houskeeping

Restaurant: Alt for lang ventetid på meny og mat. Søte servitører beklaget og begrunnet det med at det har vært så mange gjester! Håpløs begrunnelse: Bemanning må selvsagt dimensjoneres etter belegget. Ledelsesutfordring.

Resepsjon:
Da vi skulle sjekket ut manglet alle underbilag unntatt ett. Vi reiser mye i inn- og utland. Dette er elementært: Underbilag som gjør det mulig for gjesten å kontrollere at oppgjøret blir riktig skal ikke kastes før gjesten har betalt og forlatt hotellet.
