Pros:

The room, as well as the shared bathroom, was clean. There weren't many people in the property when we stayed, so it was quiet.

Cons:

I was extremely frustrated with the communication. I've already specified to check in the next day, midnight (and they confirmed on the booking.com request), asking if it'd be ok and how we could get into the property via whatsapp just in case. The staff on the whatsapp seem to be different people every time replying to me. First of all, they confused me with another customer, kept asking me why I specified the wrong date, then kept repeating the same question, and didn't reply to our question at all. When we arrived at the airport at midnight, I still didn't get their response on how we could get into the property. I had to ask again. Luckily, they responded. Just imagine how miserable we would be if there were no response. If you are like me, arriving at MIDNIGHT, I DONT recommend this hotel because of poor communication. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice.

Entorno seguro y tranquilo
Pros:

La cercania al aeropuerto y autopistas que me permitiron desplazarme sin prolemas por la ciudad. Las zonas comunes comodas y la seguridad del entorno hizo que pudiesemos dejar los vehiculos fuera del estacionamiento

Wonderful for reaching the airport. Not too bad to a short visit to Santiago too.
Pros:

Wonderful owner and the hotel is really neat. It is a very nice place to stay and the communication and help by the host is excellent.

Cons:

The place is quite far from Santiago. It's really good to stay a night is you have an early flight but if you plan to visit Santiago and you were thinking of using public transport, it is not a good idea. However, the host provided the phone number for a local taxi company that works really well and it is not expensive at all. It was excellent.

Was out of the Way no one to meet or greet .. Which is fine but didn’t have internet so had no idea how get in Could sent these well in advance . .. Was a very narrow winding stair case steep .. Loud with people coming & going .. Hard get Uber in morning between 5am& 6am
.. No Towels .. Kitchen but no Tea or Coffee Supplied .. Very very Basic ..
