Wonderful stay at Balaris
Pros:

The location is perfect and the apartment was very clean. Rooms tidied/towels changed regularly and lovely staff.

Cons:

Our apartment was at the back of the building and so a little dark. I would request a front facing one next time.

Wszystko dobrze, tylko czystosc nie spelnila moje oczekiwania - bylo tak na oko wszystko ale w lazience slabo bylo posprzatane. Wszystko tak raczej na oko.

Posizione comoda per girare nel paese e raggiungere le spiagge. Casa spaziosa in contesto carino e tranquillo.

Cons:

Mancanza di mensola nella doccia per appoggiare i prodotti. I materassini del divano un po' sporchi

In 15 minuti circa si potevano raggiungere tutte le spiagge.

Appartamento secondo le aspettative con qualche aspetto migliorabile.
Pros:

Buona posizione, vicina al centro di Kassiopi e con diverse belle spiagge a breve-media distanza. Pulizie puntuali. Dotazione base ma completa

Cons:

Il secondo letto del soggiorno è una brandina con un materasso spesso pochi centimetri e quindi molto scomodo (vedi foto). Basterebbe spendere qualche decina di euro per un materasso normale e si migliorerebbe molto il confort dell'abitazione.
Il forno non funzionava. Non ne ho avvertito la necessitá, ma se è compreso nella dotazione deve essere funzionante.

Pros:

The location was good and the apartment size was good.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not work. The bathroom could be better condition especially the shower.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a great location!
Pros:

The location was excellent. The property was pretty basic but very clean and there was everything we needed. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Would have benefitted from a proper sofa and air con took a long time to cool down.
