Always a pleasure to stay here, the staff are very friendly and the location a bonus, oh and fantastic buffet breakfast for all dietary needs.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Afgeleefd hotel. Ben na een nacht vertrokken
We had to find a night in a hotel because of ferry cancellation. Although some pars are a little dated everything was clean and tidy . The staff were very nice and friendly plus couldn’t be more helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
The only thing that was annoying was are windows overlooked the entrance and a couple of guests came out for a smoke late at night with one that spoke on loudspeaker on his phone at 2am in the morning. Apart from that great stay
Good but a bit jaded
No cooling for rooms
It was a lovely friendly hotel beds were comfortable and very good breakfast and reasonably priced drinks
Most of sunbeds were broken and wasn’t enough for warm weather and bedroom could done with a fan with weather being hot .
Nice small hotel with old fashioned feel to it with nice staff and good breakfast
Rooms were on the small side but more than adequate
Everything. Love the location with a bus stop just outside. Beautiful walk to Gorey. Staff exceptionally helpful, and very friendly. Good choice of food for breakfast. The room are very clean and the beds are comfortable. I was only here on a business trip, but I am planning a holiday in Jersey later this year and will certainly stay here again.
Nothing
Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.
Room was very dirty, bedding & towels were clean but there were a lot of spiders & webs everything was dusty, we had a a room that opened on to the pool area but the doors didn’t lock, would not stay there again because of this.
Well maintained, exceptional team, great breakfast, lovely grounds.
Room 47 got a lot of laundry noise. The Washer/dryers run day and night. I managed to sleep but would not choose to stay in room 47 again, even though the room itself is great!
Breakfast selections were good.
Given the hot temperatures and the price of a room, air conditioning should be a given. Failing that, a fan at least should have been provided, but a spare one was not available until the second night. No hair dryer provided. Window was difficult to open (Room 35). Upstairs corridor was very hot.
Great location, easy access to must-see sights.
Mattress and pillows are worthy of an upgrade.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Any issues were addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
Good location. Very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Pool area, dining room and bar modern and clean
No air conditioning. Shower in our room was horrendous! Little more than a trickle. Not enough power sockets, only three that I counted, none near the bed and one unusable as was flush with the counter top & plugs wouldn’t fit. Room was lovely (but hot) but the corridors leading to it were tired and dirty with bags of washing left outside our room along with piles of old paint pots! Had to ask for our room to be serviced & towels changed two days running as hadn’t been done by 4pm
From your photos of the Hotel the property is completely misleading to what I thought I was staying at might have looked like photos 10years ago .I booked a Superior Room very small the window/blind dirty the stairs had not seen a vacuum cleaner (dirty on arrival ¬ cleaned over my 5night stay)The whole hotel is tired and the pool area not inviting broken sunbeds, umbrella stand empty, glass table tops never cleaned you have to get your own sun bed cushion just not presented for hotel guests nothing like the beautiful photos on your site with well tended gardens summer house kitchen garden patch just not there. Will not return or recommend The staff in breakfast room spray tables with a product and wipe but then plates cup/saucers stick and makes you feel the table is dirty
For management to oversee the the style of hotel and get rid of broken garden furniture, pool cover torn bits left in garden boarder BIN IT and get a Broom it could be so fantastic just step up to the challenge
Excellent breakfast & pool
9pm Bar shut for england game having previously rung and asked but was told would be open .
Only just caught Reception @9pm as was leaving
Rooms very scattered needed directions
No air con
Very hot rooms so quite small some chose to sleep by the pool overnight
Double beds not twins for a group of 11 men
The breakfast was very good. It would have been better if you could make your own tea.
Tea was cool and too strong
