Das Frühstück hat mir gefallen. Das Personal, das das Frühstück zubereitet, bemüht sich sehr und arbeitet sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es sehr stark gestunken.
Die Bettwäsche war sehr schmutzig und hat unangenehm gerochen, teilweise waren gelbe Flecken auf der Tagesdecke.
Die Handtücher wurden im Zimmer nicht gewechselt, erst nachdem ich selbst darum gebeten habe.
Die Handtücher werden so gewaschen, dass der alte Geruch bleibt – es riecht, als wären sie nicht richtig gewaschen worden.
Nachts war es sehr laut: Das Hotel ist groß, ständig kamen Leute, es wurde geklopft, es gab Partys – sehr unkomfortabel. Ich habe um ein Kinderbett gebeten. Man hat mir ein Kinderbett und ein Kissen für das Kind gebracht, aber das Kissen war innen in der Kissenhülle schwarz und schmutzig – im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes schwarz.

Pros:

Die Lage war für mich ideal, da ich zu einem Termin zum BGH musste. Auch vom Hauptbahnhof aus war man nur ca. 10 Minuten mit der Tram zur Unterkunft unterwegs.

Cons:

Es war dreckig! Im Zimmer sowie im Bad waren überall Haare auf dem Boden verteilt, hinter der Zimmertür hat sich gleich ein ganzer Ballen an Staub und Haaren breit gemacht. Das Bett war voller Fusel. Zwei meiner Deckenleuchten flackerten und gingen mal an mal aus. Der Wasserkocher wurde wohl noch nie entkalkt. Kurz nach meiner Ankunft am Zimmer machte sich plötzlich jemand an meiner Tür zu schaffen. Als ich nachsehen wollte, ging die Tür auf einmal auf und jemandem wurde einfach direkt nach mir das gleiche Zimmer vergeben! Ich erhielt beim auschecken keine Rechnung und warte nach wie vor auf diese. Auch auf E-Mail-Anfragen oder Anfragen über die Booking.com-Plattform wird nicht reagiert.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist gut

Cons:

Der Schlüssel passte nicht zum Zimmer und wir bekamen ein ersatzzimmer. Fernseher war auf rumänisch eingestellt.

Enklare hotell med med slitet utseende, smutsiga heltäckningsmattor. Det som varit bar användes som förråd. Trafiken lite störande.
