Lots of heat and insects.
Pros:

Good location for short stopover going across the delta.
Host helped us get a boat across the delta (whilst taking a significant cut for himself).

Cons:

Air-conditioning didnt really work so it was very hot overnight. We found the host to be quite aggressive in the way he communicates and and not forthcoming with help.
There was a (very large) cockroach in the room and a cricket in the shower. the windows in the toilet and shower didnt close meaning insects can get in as much as they want and there were a lot of mosquitoes about.
The rooms weren't what we booked. We booked two rooms with single beds but these dont seem to exist and all the rooms have multiple beds which if we had just booked knowing that it would have been cheaper.

One time we didnt lock our bedroom door when in the common area and the host told us we hadnt locked it which suggests he entered the room or at least goes round checking peoples doors whilst they are out of the room.

Area didnt seem safe at night, no street lighting, 5 minute walk to nearest shop to buy water.

Wifi also doesnt seem to work out of common area.

Good value and supports a local Senegalese business.
Pros:

Maurice was kind and helpful, and arranged excellent pirogue trips at a good price. Recommended good Senegalese restaurants. Our hut was perfectly adequate for what we paid. Bed was comfortable. Hot water available. Fabulous baobab tree and lots of birds.

Pros:

Campement au calme avec des petites cases individuelles. Chambres confortables et bien équipées.
Le gérant est tres accueillant.
Bon petit déjeuner avec de la confiture locale.
Situé a 5 min a pied de l'embarcadère

Pros:

La gentillesse et la bienveillance de Maurice qui nous a très bien accueillis et aidés à organiser nos activités.
Un très bon petit déjeuner
La localisation du logement qui était un peu à l'écart des hôtels touristiques tout en étant très proches de l'embarcadère et des commerces.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de moustiquaire pour le lit simple où dormait notre fille.
