Pros:

Great location and good rooftop breakfast (8-9:30).

Cons:

We had only a small window so the room got very stuffy. Checking in and locating staff when needing help was confusing as there is no formal reception so you just have to walk around until you find someone.

Really spacious room
Private bathroom (which was a nice surprise!)

Cons:

Only fans in the room so it can be hot
San Pedro in general is noisy, so expect to hear music
We also unfortuantely had some party-hard neighbours, but that’s nothing on the hostel themselves

The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff is extremely helpful and the place is super clean
Pros:

The atmosphere was incredible. I got a very good vibe from the place. The staff is hard-working and extremely helpful.

Cons:

A lamp by the bed would’ve been nice, but not a dealbreaker. A place to hang my clothes would’ve been helpful, but not a big deal.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Nice view from the terrace. Close to the dock. Kitchen with fridge available and we could store our bags after check-out

Cons:

Bathroom smelt bad. We didn’t have breakfast as it was only available 8-9am

Decent for the price
Pros:

Great location, decent wifi in the rooms (but bad outside of the room), our room was spacious and bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was a horrible smell coming from one of the bathrooms on our floor and the sink was basically broken (the water was only a trickle) which meant really there was only one functioning bathroom for a whole floor. Also small things like we were 2 people staying for 3 nights and yet we were only provided with 1 towel in the room and one small shampoo sachet - despite the listing saying it included free toiletries. It’s not enjoyable to have to keep asking staff for an extra towel etc, also no real reception desk so it was hard to even know who is staff to ask.

Pros:

Rien mis à part l’emplacement

Cons:

Tout : Hygiène déplorable : Forte odeur de moisi sur le linge de lit et les serviettes, chambre sale, et présence massive de cafards dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.
2. Infrastructures dangereuses : L'installation électrique de la douche est un bricolage de fortune à haut risque d'électrocution (fils dénudés, raccordements exposés tenus par du scotch). Une fenêtre est obturée par du papier et du ruban adhésif. C'est une négligence criminelle.
3. Vétusté générale : Murs très sales, mobilier dégradé.
4. Prestations non conformes : Le petit-déjeuner était dérisoire et inacceptable.

Amazing location with view. Great to have breakfast in the morning. Also it has Netflix or Amazon prime which was very nice

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

El personal no está atento a tu llegada tuvimos que esperar mucho para ser atendidos, además es difícil llegar ya que es un callejón estrecho, al llegar queríamos pagar la reserva lo cual no lo aceptaron y al otro día nos despertaron en horas de la mañana, casi rompiendo la puerta para cobrar el pago, no tienen respeto del dueño de los huéspedes

Nuestra experiencia no fue lo que esperábamos.

Cons:

Al llegar, solo estaban los trabajadores y, desde el primer momento, tuvimos un problema importante: la ducha de nuestra habitación (que habíamos reservado con baño privado) no tenía agua caliente. Inicialmente no nos ofrecieron una solución adecuada; la única opción que nos dieron, de manera poco profesional, fue cancelar la reserva o cambiarnos a una habitación con baño compartido.

Intentamos negociar una rebaja en el precio debido a este cambio en las condiciones, pero se negaron, llegando incluso a decir que “era nuestro problema”. También solicitamos hablar con el responsable o el jefe del alojamiento, pero no nos lo permitían. Al final conseguimos hablar con él.

En cuanto al desayuno, anuncian un horario de 8:00 a 9:00, pero en realidad empiezan a cocinar a las 8:00. Esto significa que, dependiendo del número de huéspedes, puedes tener que esperar bastante para desayunar.

La cama nos resultó muy dura e incómoda. Al día siguiente consiguieron reparar el agua caliente de la ducha, pero la presión era muy baja, por lo que la experiencia siguió siendo poco satisfactoria.

En definitiva, lo más negativo fue la falta de soluciones y la actitud del personal ante un problema que correspondía al alojamiento resolver.
