Pros:

Very close to main restaurant street and Mr Mullet hostel but a bit quieter

Cons:

My room was right outside the breakfast area so it got very loud early each morning (people were talking right outside my room)

Simple Unterkunft, man darf nicht zu viel erwarten
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Steg. Geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat das Bad überschwemmt und man musste immer durch den See, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war eher unspektakulär. Man bekommt eben etwas sehr einfaches.

Beautiful location and value
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay here- best view of the lake for the price! A trio run the property including 2 sisters and they are the nicest people! Don’t panic about WiFi - it’s starlink and I did back to back zoom calls. Breakfast is waffles, eggs and banana with tea/ coffee. Room is spotless. If you want the best view you ned rooms 13/14!

The owner was incredibly nice, and the building and gardens were lovely. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Location is excellent, and the onsite breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were hard, and it wasn't easy to get comfortable. The place was very hard to find. It's close to the dock and right off the main strips, but down an alleyway, and the signage name differs from the listing name.

Pros:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, les lits étaient très confortables et sentaient le propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, et la vue est superbe ! Il se trouve à 5min à pied des lanchas.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Il y a un hostel à côté qui met de la musique toute l’après midi et le soir donc il faut quand même être au courant !

The accommodation has a stunning view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a Smart TV. Breakfast was delicious, and the shared kitchen was clean and equipped.
I came for one night and ended up staying here for a week. It's very close to everything, from restaurants and cheap food to, of course, a two-minute walk from the pier. It's also close to Mister Mullest, but the music stops at 10:30, which didn't bother me at all. We're in Guatemala, and that's normal. The hotel is run by a very friendly couple who clean every day. Of course, if you want them to come into your room to clean it, just let them know, and they'll be happy to do so. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am very grateful. I left my keys in the room several times, and Rocael was always happy to help. I will recommend them for the rest of my trip.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, de 10. Muy atentos y agradables. El desayuno viendo el lago, de 10. El precio muy bueno y las instalaciones limpias. Cerca del muelle.

Cons:

Cómo crítica constructiva 🙂 Pongan un cartelito en la entrada para reconocer mejor el lugar. Por lo demás, nada que añadir.

Could not recommend more! Feels like home!
Pros:

The property is amazing! Staff are so helpful and nice! The kitchen is clean! The facilities are clean! The rooms are spacious! The breakfasts are delicious! Ended up staying here a month! Loved it so much!
