The room was cozy and very spacious. The terrace is nice and you can really chill there. Breakfast is good, don't expect anything crazy but it was fulfilling.
The bathroom might need a bit of modernization, the shower is not great, not a lot of water pressure. Plus, the shower head might have an electrical issue as I felt a small shock when I touched it on two separate occasions.
When we arrived, we found some shampoos and hairs in the shower left by somebody else. Luckily, we told the staff who cleaned it for us.

Wc werd niet vaak schoongemaakt, hard bed, veel lawaai van mr mullets en s ochtends de vuilniswagen. Op de laatste dag is mijn schoen kapot gebeten door (waarschijnlijk) een hond. Toen we het hier met ze over wilden hebben kregen we alleen te horen “eigen schuld” en wilden ze niet meewerken aan iets van compensatie, terwijl het gewoon in het hostel is gebeurd. Andere mensen die hier tegelijkertijd verbleven hadden de verkeerde kamer gekregen (1 bed ipv losse bedden) kregen ze ook alleen te horen “kunnen we niks aan doen”. Zolang alles goed gaat prima verblijf, maar je kan niet van hulp uitgaan als het mis gaat. Laat in ieder geval je schoenen niet voor je kamerdeur staan als je hier boekt.
Great location close to everything near center and the port - great views large rooms. Free light breakfast one scrambles egg 2 pancakes and banana with coffee. Staff super welcoming and friendly very helpful too. Great WiFi I think it’s starlink. Unlimited free filtered drinking water.
In room 11 the water in the shower is so low and the toilet sink. It didn’t bother me but it took me 2-3 times longer to shower because of the water pressure. the hot water is great just right - they need to fix the shower head you can’t really adjust it - it pointed towards the wall. If it’s windy and cool the breeze inside the room is perfect but it’s hot outside and no breeze at all it can be hot in the room there’s no fan. It does get loud until around 10-11pm because of the party hostel Nextdoor it’s every day. Didn’t bother me and if you close the windows you can barely hear it.

Nous étions 4 et n'avions que 2 serviettes, après avoir demandé ... nous n'avons rien obtenu (sauf un "plus tard".

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir une nuit à cause de fétards qui criaient sur les terrasses, après 2h du matin et après une plainte ... rien n a été fait, le personnel semblait inutile.
La douche de notre chambre a "brulé", court circuit surement, avec une installation douteuse, cela arrive, ok, mais laisser les cables électriques coupés dans la douche n'était pas très agréable... le personnel ne répond pas aux salutations (en espagnol). Bref, une mauvaise experience (nous sommes habitués à ce genre d hotels locaux habutuellement meilleurs).
The location is right in the heart of San Pedro, so very wel located. Breakfast was good! Very nice view from the room / terrace.
there is a lot of noise in the night, so bring your earplugs. Facilities are very basic but fine.
I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were amazing so kind and helpful and did a lovely breakfast every morning. The room was clean and super comfy, it felt very luxurious after being in hostels for so long!

La ubicación es buena y cuenta con cocina disponible para los huéspedes. Es importante tener en cuenta que el establecimiento no acepta pagos con tarjeta, únicamente efectivo.
Por otro lado los baños de las habitaciones podrían mejorar, ya que durante nuestra estancia presentaban un fuerte olor a cañería. Asi mismo considero que el personal podría y deberia recibir capacitación en servicio y atención al cliente. Durante nuestra estancia los encargados fueron un chico y una chica muy jóvenes y aunque mostraron relativa disposición, probablemente les falta experiencia. Ademas unicamente ellos dos eran los responsables de todas las labores del hospedaje, incluyendo el aseo, alistamiento de habitaciones, la preparación del desayuno, la recepción de pagos y la atención general de los huéspedes, lo que puede afectar la calidad y oportunidad del servicio.
La ubicacion es muy buena aunque hay que pasar por un callejln oscuro.
La visla al lago es muy linda
El agua no sale ni templada y las camas son muy duras.
Emplacement super central, à 2 minutes à pied du débarcadère. Calme la journée et la nuit. Musique le soir qui dure jusqu'à 23h environ dans un hostel voisin.
Eau tiède, mais c'était OK car il faisait chaud. Petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse face au lac. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et ils nous ont proposé un nettoyage de la chambre après deux nuits.
Tout était OK pour le prix.

No parking, parking is paid separately and is more than 1km away from the building. Also to get to the building you need to walk through a dark alley.
