ぶつからないよう改善した方が良い
Pros:

離島ターミナルのすぐ前でロケーションは良かったです。スタッフもみんな感じが良かった。お部屋は清潔感があり汚い所がなかったです。

Cons:

ロフト型のツインに2人で泊まりました。上にベッドが2つあるため下の天上が低く、155センチの私でも頭がぶつかります。低い天上の出口の所に6センチ位の木の枠が下を向いています。そこにおでこの上の所を思い切りぶつけて後ろに尻もちを付きました。しばらく痛く、あと1センチ下のおでこだったら切れていたか青痣になったかもしれません。翌日ロフトでないダブルの部屋に代えてもらいました。また、ロフトの方の部屋は夜モーターが回るようなブーンとした音がうるさく眠れない時間がありました。

Pros:

Amazing suite with a sauna in the room, huge, two beds, overlooking the sea. At a very very good price. A real treat.

Cons:

Initially there was a bit of a strong scent coming from the sauna, although this was fixed after asking staff by ventilating the room. The instructions on how to use the different controls in the room could have been clearer.

잠잘때 소음있고, 암막카튼이 없어 불편한 객실이다. 해변가 객실은 너무 비싸다.
Pros:

위치는 좋았다.

Cons:

배정된 객실 뒤로 호텔이 있어 잠잘때 너무 환했다. 암막커튼도 없었다. 게다가 밤에 물떨어지는 소리가 계속나서 편안한 잠을 잘수없었다. 나는 불편함을 주는 호텔에는 꼭 후기를 남긴다.

Direkt in der Stadt und am Fährenterminal. Ist in Ordnung
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, dass Zimmer war soweit sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch wird kein Englisch gesprochen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück konnte man nur selbst auswählen.. es gab nur belegte Brote sonst nichts. Meiner Meinung nach hat sich das Frühstück nicht gelohnt für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu teuer und keine Auswahl.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte man nicht einstellen, diese war sehr stark und laut.
Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt, die Wäsche haben wir 3x trocknen lassen und sie war immer noch feucht, verschwendetes Geld…
Die Dusche im Zimmer war sehr verkalkt.
Das Zimmer wurde 1x geputzt , jedoch wurde die Bettdecke und die Kissen nur aufgeschüttelt und normal hingelegt … hat nichts mit 4 Sterne zu tun. Ich finde das Hotel zu teuer und die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt.
Der Flur etc. Wirkt renovierungsbedürfigt in den Stockwerken.

離島ターミナルの目の前でロケーションが最高。西表島とかへ遊びに行くツアーに参加するには、朝早くターミナル集合が必要だが、ここなら朝ごはんを食べても間に合う。

Cons:

オールインクルーシブなプランが人気だというレビューもあったが、勿体無い。繁華街へも近く、外で呑み食いもできるので、コスパ的には微妙かも。
