נהננו מאוד מכל מתקני המלון, ממליצים!
Pros:

המלון חדש, נקי ומעוצב באוירה נעימה, נמצא במקום מרכזי שלכל מקום הלכנו ברגל, הוא צמוד לתחנת הרכבת ויש גם חניון תת קרקעי בתשלום במלון למי שמגיע עם רכב. הצוות היה שירותי, החדר היה מאוד מרווח ונקי , וארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה ומגוונת.

Pros:

The room was excellent and the customer service brilliant. Location was just perfect. Having parking facilities made it even more convenient.

Cons:

Better breakfast options. Not to say what we had wasn’t good. Waffles would have been nice considering we are in Belgium. That’s just me being picky.

Les enfants hyper bruyants à la piscine (il serait pas mal de prévoir un créneau seulement pour les adultes à la piscine) mais bon c’est surtout du ressort des parents qui manquent cruellement à leur devoir d’éducation de leurs enfants dans les hôtels

Enorm leuk hotel om in Kortrijk te verblijven!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was tiptop in orde, niks op aan te merken.
De kamer was goed maar kan wel wat vernieuwd worden (hier en daar wat verf bijvoorbeeld)

Cons:

Er was een trouwfeest in het hotel (receptie), deze mensen stonden in de gang van het hotel beneden. De vloer plakte enorm van de glazen drank die gevallen waren, vieze toiletten, veel meer lawaai.
