Guests are offered free use of our wellness center with indoor swimming pool and fitness open from 7:00 till 22:00 hours and other facilities open from 17:00 till 22:00. Hotel cher et complètement saturé qui n'a plus de quoi accueillir autant de monde.
Pros:

La localisation, en plein centre ville
Le petit déjeuner très varié et tres bon
Les décorations spécifiques pour la saint Valentin
Le parking si vous arrivez

Cons:

- Le parking trop petit. Si vous arrivez après 14h30 pas certain que vous ayez de la place
- La piscine (avec seulement 15 transats...) bien trop froide avec énorme bruit d'évacuation des eaux
- On entend tout se qui se dit ou se passe dans la partie nouvelle de l'hôtel, on entend tout se qui se passe...et nous étions a la saint Valentin 😉
- Le SPA n'est ouvert qu'à partir de 16h30!!! ..incroyable quand on vient pour cela
Donc tout l'hotel se donne rendez vous entre 16h30 et 18h30...ce qui rend les espaces pleins avec pas moins de 20 personnes dans la piscine et les hammams ou saunas saturés (vous devez attendre en extérieur qu'une place se libère...si vous aimez avoir la cuisse poilu d'un inconnu contre la vôtre ca ira...)
- Clairement les espaces communs ne sont pas conçus pour accueillir autant de monde (spa) comme pour le petit déjeuner ou on vous demande d'aller le prendre dans une salle prévue pour des séminaires....🙄

Pour 200€ la nuit on s'attend à bien mieux....

Pros:

Les parties communes sont très bien : spacieuses, bien aménagées, modernes. Le personnel est sympathique.
La chambre est spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner est frais et varié.
L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Cons:

La chambre mériterait d'être rénovée : tapis au sol, accros dans les tentures, tour de lit abimé, tv de petite taille non "smart" (aucune chaine francophone belge disponible).
Les oreillers étaient neufs et ils étaient vraiment trop épais (au point de provoquer de grosses douleurs dans la nuque). Dommage de ne pas avoir à disposition différentes épaisseurs d'oreillers.
De manière générale, le rapport qualité/prix est un peu excessif.
