Egal wie einfach ein Hotel geführt wird, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal gehört für mich dazu.
Pros:

Die Lage mit der Möglichkeit mein E-Auto aufzuladen.
Das Haus ist sauber. Das Bett war bequem.

Das Personal und das Frühstück.
Bin noch nie so unfreundlich empfangen worden in einem Hotel. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Zeit willkommen und wird nicht wertgeschätzt.
Um 11.00 morgens Ankunft. Kein Mensch im Eingangs-bereich. Auch nach mehrmaligem Klingeln (und die ist wirklich laut), kommt niemand. Nach 10 Minuten mach ich mich auf den Weg irgendjemand in diesem Haus zu suchen. Im 2. Stock finde ich Dank etwas Geräuschen eine Zimmerfrau. Sie schaut mich verärgert an, dass ich sie störe, telefoniert dann mehrmals vergeblich nach der Empfangsperson. Noch verärgerter stampft sie die Treppe runter um nach ihr zu suchen. Nach weiteren Minuten findet sie die Person. Kein herzliches Willkommen, keine Entschuldigung, nur ein Gemurmel, war irgendwo draussen, Klingel nicht gehört. Was wollen Sie?
Check-in ohne irgendeine Info. Man muss alles erfragen.
Keine Hilfe mit Gepäck, man wird sofort wieder alleine gelassen.
Am nächsten Morgen finde ich das Personal rauchend vor der Eingangstür. Mehr als ein Hallo liegt auch heute nicht drin.
Beim Frühstück schliesse ich mich vielen anderen Bewertungen an. Schlechte, zähe und geschmacklose Brötchen trotz Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft. Kein freundliches, wertschätzendes Wort. Alles läuft sprachlos ab. Es endet wie es angefangen hat. Keiner an der Rezeption, immerhin kommt diesmal beim Klingeln jemand. Keine Nachfragen zum Aufenthalt, kurzes und knappes, aufs Wesentliche beschränktes Check-out.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend von allem etwas Wurst, Käse, Eier, Müsli. Ich hatte Einzelzimmer gebucht bekam Doppelzimmer.

Cons:

Sehr Anonym. Ich war bereits in den 90er Jahren dort zur Übernachtung. Es hat sich kaum was vereändert außer das die Zimmer renoviert wurden. Jedoch hängen noch die alten Vorhänge von damals. Auch der Frühstücksraum unveröndert alter Schwarzwaldcharme.

Zu teuer im Verhältnis und im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern am Ort. War schon häufiger in Hinterzarten.

Zimmer war sehr schön und angenehm gross zu Zweit und es war sehr sauber.
Pros:

Ich habe auf Anfrage glutenfreie Brote erhalten. Es gab verschiedene Getränke und das Buffet hatte Alles um Satt zu werden.
