A fost ok…Cu exceptia vineri seara/noapte
Pros:

Curățenia a fost excelentă
Cineva se ocupa in fiecare zi,e îmbucurător asta

Cons:

Aparatul de aer-caldură face un zgomot urat,bârâie etc.
Vineri seara a fost un majorat,noapte in care n-am putut dormi/odihni,parca nu se prea potriveste o camera de hotel cu bass/muzica blanăă sub patul tau,vibreaza si plamanii in tine.
Eu cred ca pt noaptea aceea trebuia sa mi se returneze banii,stiau ca va fi un majorat atunci…

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is part of the Complex Ghiocela- a restaurant, fast-food place, coffee shop, bakery etc around the city(Motru). They also have a non-stop supermarket next to the hotel. The car park is roomy, plenty of spaces to choose from. As to the room itself - the first one they gave us had some issues - the TV did not work and also no hot water. However, as soon as we informed them, they moved us to a better room. So, they were very prompt in sorting all the issues. The second room was spacious and warm, with very good lighting, the bed was wide and very comfortable. We had how water at all times and the heating worked just fine.The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. In fact, after the first night, we decided to book the following one as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception desk or around. So we had to go on the ground floor, to the supermarket and ask a cashier about our booking. We actually paid there, at the till( we had already reserved a room though this website but no prepayment was needed), the supermarket security guard took us to the room and gave us the door code. In the end, it was not such a big deal, though I think some signage/information posted somewhere might have expedited the arrival and check-in process. Also, the restaurant on the premises was not open, therefore no breakfast etc. But it's a small city and plenty of places to eat/drink in the area, so not the end of the world.

Locație super ok!
Pros:

Locație excelentă, spații exterioare bine întreținute, curățenie în camera spațioasă, totul renovat.
Se pare că Ghiocela este un brand local cu mai multe activități în municipiu. Mi-a plăcut că au supermarket chiar la pensiune și este non-stop, ceea ce e un lucru bun când ajungi târziu în noapte și mai ai nevoie de ceva.
Mă temeam că va fi gălăgie din cauza evenimentului pe care-l organizau, dar pensiunea are și camere într-o incintă anexă, unde nu se aude muzica din restaurant.

Cons:

La recepție nu ne-a așteptat nimeni și nici nu a venit. Numărul de telefon care apare pe Booking după rezervare, nu mai este valabil. Am ajuns acolo, am așteptat minute bune până am hotărât să întreb o ospătăriță (au sala de evenimente) cum se procedează și mi-a indicat să mă adresez paznicului din parcare. Domnul a fost foarte amabil, dar nu cred că era de competența sa primirea oaspeților. A fost neplăcut să așteptăm în recepție în miez de noapte, după 7 ore de condus.

Pros:

Camerele sunt renovate și arata mai bine ca în poze, deci am fost surprins plăcut.

Cons:

Se auzea muzica de la sălile de evenimente, dacă nu mergeți pentru nunta, este deranjant. Noi am participat la eveniment, am fost cazați chiar sub terasa de la sala, auzeam toate scaunele cum se trăgeau și muzica, înainte sa înceapă evenimentul, când se pregătea..
Nu este presiune la apă, a durat mult pana sa reușesc sa ma spăl pe cap..
