Struttura molto datata. Trasmette un senso di abbandono, quasi di tristezza. Le stanze sono arredate con mobili alla rinfusa, senza uno stile preciso. Trovate bestiole sul pavimento.
Non è assolutamente un quattro stelle.
Non vale il prezzo.
Andrebbe ristrutturato a fondo.
