Если цените свой комфорт - поищите другое место
Cons:

Не было горячей воды в номере. В ванной не было работающей вентиляции, не выдали зубные щетки, в комнате присутствовала всего одна розетка максимально далеко от кроватей (в нее любезно воткнули удлинитель с двумя гнездами, одно из которых было занято холодильником). В нынешнее время двум путешественниками с кучей электроники такое расположение дел - максимальный дискомфорт). Кондиционер жутко скрипел при работе, из опасений поломки решили им не пользоваться. Ну и как вишенка на торте - гудящие трубы водоснабжения после каждого смыва туалета

Pros:

Уборка не свежая, пыль на столах, на потели волосы и катышки.

Cons:

Сан узел отвратительный, на унитазе сидишь лицом впритык к раковине .

Было очень хорошо, расположение, чистота, завтрак - на 9/10.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, мне очень понравилось близость парка, приличных ресторанов и Кок-Тобе, все остальные достопримечательности также близко. Завтрак был очень хороший на 9/10. Персонал вежливый. Комната была очень чистая и с хорошим видом. Все работало, ванные принадлежности были в нужном количестве. Спасибо!

Cons:

В номер по утрам доходил запах с кухни, это было в последний день проживания. Также очень мало зонтов, учитывая климат города было бы неплохо запастись для клиентов. Также нет туристических проездных, как обычно принято в отелях. Общий туалет в зоне завтрака - для меня очень плохо :) но все эти мелочи не сильно повлияли на впечатления.

This is an iconic hotel that is well located in Almaty, we stayed on a high floor and got excellent views of the mountains. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms were good and toiletries provided. Bottles of water in room. Check-in process good. Bath robes provided. Paid by card.

Cons:

Some decor a bit tired but good value.
