Fantastyczny hotel. Świetna lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum miasta. Piękny, wygodny pokój, czekoladki na powitanie. Fenomenalny widok z okna na okoliczne góry. Doskonałe śniadanie na poziomie hoteli all inclusive. Naprawdę fantastyczne doświadczenie.

Pros:

Остались довольны проживанием. Заселение прошло быстро, номер был чистым и комфортным. Отличное расположение, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу за дружелюбное отношение и высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель в центре города. Прошла реконструкция лобби, много кафе на 1-этаже.

Cons:

Многие номера уже себя морально изжили, старая сантехника, изношенные краны. Полотенца тоже не совсем свежие.
В ресторане упал ассортимент блюд, многих позиций уже нет.( чувствуется экономия)

Avarage hotel, quite old, the main plus is its location.
Pros:

An amazing location! The view of the nearby mountains is incredible. The hotel is also located at the intersection of central streets, and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old, which isn’t really a big problem.
What was more irritating was that I left my clothes for laundry and was told they would be ready the next day, but I had to ask about them two or three times before I got them back.

The same happened with the phone in my room. Once I called the reception, there was a problem with it — noise on the line made it difficult for both me and the receptionist to hear each other. I left a complaint about it, and a technician was supposed to come, but no one showed up in the end. So be prepared for this kind of minor irresponsibility.

Bad bathroom design (the shower is broken, it is always the wet floor, there isn't enough space around the toilet)
Actually, room 1914 (we stayed there previous time) is much better than room 1822.
