Очень грубый персонал на ресепшене
Просто максимально хамское отношение
Заселили в номер какой то в углу, спасибо больше никогда в ваш отель пока не научитесь обслуживать
В номере запах затхлости и пыли
Ковролин не чистили никогда примерно
Меня поселили в двухкомнатный номер, хотя он мне был совершенно не нужен, мне нужна была одна комната, мне нашли самый маленький и тесный номер
Мебель в отвратительном состоянии
Диван выглядел так как будто на нем кто то жил на протяжении последних 10 лет, и не мылся, какие то пятна запах, это был одно из самых ужасных впечатлений от Алматы за последние годы
Спасибо, никому не рекомендую
Грязные подоконники
Я заехала после 20-00, и хотела посмотреть вид из окна - испачкалась в пыли которая толстым слоем лежала на подоконнике

Очень интересный опыт проживания в легенде советской архитектуры!
Pros:

Шарм отеля из детства! Центр, хороший ремонт в холле, отличный завтрак! Дружественный персонал. Все атрибуты хорошей гостиницы, вплоть до мелочей, типа ложечки для обуви. Красивое и респектабельное здание, по-богатому))

Cons:

Часть номеров без ремонта, но чисто и комфортно. Дороговато, если без скидки)
