Pros:

Niets. Ik heb niet in het apartement overnacht. Toen ik belde naar het telnr regelde de eigenaar dat een buurvrouw de sleutels kwam brengen. Het apt bleek op 4 hoog te zijn, zonder lift. Voor mijn 75 jaar oude schoonvader niet fijn.
Het conplex was vies, de vloeren met vlekken van koffie, grond, etc... de elektriciteit in het apt moest worden gestart, dus ook de boiler voor wam water toen pas. Dus dat zou even duren voordat we dat hadden.
Er was geen wc papier aanwezig in het apt.
Vervolgens was de verwarming alleen via airco en die bleek kapot, want niet te starten. Toen ik daarover de eigenaar belde, nam hij niet op. Ik heb het 3 keer geprobeerd, hij nam niet op of drukte me weg of telefoon uit.
Ik denk dat hij wel een vermoeden had waarover ik wilde bellen.
Mijn schoonvader wilde uiteraard niet blijven in een koud apt op 4 hoog, dus ik heb een hotel in de buurt gezocht en daar direct geboekt. Dat was hotel Aphrodite, dubbel de prijs, maar heel goed hotel, vriendeljjke mensen, schoon, aan zee, warme kamer...

Het valt me zwaar tegen van de eigenaar van Levante apts en ook van Booking dat ik zo'n ondermaats apt kon boeken op jullie site. Dat ben ik niet van jullie gewend.

Ik ben benieuw of jullie het door mij betaalde bedrag gaan retourneren. Als ik jullie was zouik niets aan Levante apts uitkeren en ze van jullie site verwijderen.

Pros:

Квартира в хорошем месте, недалеко от остановки, пляжа. Большой размер апартамента. Цена адекватная. Фото почти соответствуют.

Cons:

Хозяин практически не был на связи. Надо было починить дверь балкона, ножку стола, что отвалилась, но он до отъезда так и не вышел на связь, на просьбы не ответил. Апартамент немного подуставший, требует внимания хозяина. Матрас неудобный. Берите с собой туалетные принадлежности и бумагу.

Für den Preis sollte man nicht zu große Erwartungen haben
Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Man hat seine Ruhe und kurzen Weg zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Ausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung und auch nicht die Größe des Apartments. Mit ein bisschen Improvision kann man das Beste daraus machen. Keine Angabe, dass es im 4. Stock ist. War etwas mühselig mit einem gehbehindertem Kind. Keine Antworten vom Vermieter. Es wird schlecht kommuniziert.

Хорошее расположение. 3 минуты ходьбы до моря. Достаточно тихо. Хорошо подойдет для спокойного семейного отдыха

УЖАСНО!!! Условия , в сарае. Постель вся в пятнах, матрасы , пружины торчат .Сан узел никакой,стиральной машины нет,  старались вручную,вай фай слабый.приходилось пользоваться своим  интернетом.Связи с хозяином нет.Не поднимает трубку вообще.Грязь в коридорах и во дворе!! Оценка 0 из 10 . Не Рекомендую!!Отдых не удался!

Pros:

Apartment it's self could be great if more effort was involved, but at time of my visit, not much to like unfortunately, and I do not like giving negative feedback.

Cons:

Over 69 day visit, internet/WiFi was off for 27 days, even after I paid for it myself to be fixed and not refunded. 2 days without water due to leak in shower room, 3 days without electricity. Not very clean. Ceiling leaked when it rained. The photos & description of facilities were ALL false. Safety/security lights on stairs/corridor did not work. After over 30 years in hospitality trade I offered to help address the issues, but sadly my (free) offer was not accepted.
