Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, hotel is in a great location, staff is polite. Overall meets quality-value ratio.
Very slow Wi-Fi (disconnects constantly) - this was really disappointing because I missed an important zoom call because of it.
Breakfast was a little disappointing because it was advertised as ‘very good’, but in reality it is ok. Limited choice of what you can have and also not the best quality. Not bad but also not ‘very good’.
Bathroom does not have a bidet/handheld bidet.
Bathroom toilet is uncomfortable and needs to be fixed.

The staff at the hotel are very nice and pleasant. The room is very good with a big locker for your valuables, if any. The breakfast is also great, and the lady who works there serving breakfast is very polite and all in all a wonderful person.
In the beginning, I thought that wifi was not working very well, but than I realized that it works great close to the door, and as you move more inside the room, then it doesn't work. So, I was using wifi next to the door, fortunately there is a little sofa there.
The location of the hotel is not bad. If you want to see the main touristic sites, you can walk, but it's about 45 minutes walking. I was normally taking the bus # 8 to go to the very center, the bus stop is just 50 meters from the hotel entrance, and the price is only 2.5 somoni, you pay to the bus driver. There are lots of supermarkets and places to eat very close to the hotel, 5-7 minutes walk.
I insisted on making a card payment, and card payments are a big problem in Tajikistan. If you pay by card, in this hotel they charge you 10 percent on top of the amount you have to pay. I honestly don't understand where these 10 percent are coming from, 1-3 percent I could see, but 10?! The other thing is that I saw the cockroaches in my room several times.

Noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, which slightly affected the overall comfort. The mattress was a bit firmer than what we're used to.
