Amazing experience in the Residences pool suite
Pros:

Beautiful and highly modern suite, just as pictured and with a lovely private pool. Very generous welcome drinks and treats, and with an extra special delivery (including cake) as we were celebrating a birthday while there.
The staff in the restaurants were so friendly and attentive! Truly 5 star service.

Cons:

We could have had better instructions for smoother check in/parking. There was some construction/noise overhead on and off during the day; but thankfully not overwhelming. Not much to walk to/see in the area outside the hotel.

Pros:

It was a pleasure. Whole another level of service, outstanding 👏. They were so reachable and helped us with any request. Although it's high high high season, they found the time to help and serve. The resort is clean and well maintained. We stayed at the residence building on a junior pool suit, and it was fantastic. We felt very welcome since the arrival and up to check out.

Cons:

The main pool should be more modern and shade.
When you open the kids' sofa bed, there is no space to walk through.
