Fake and inorganic previous reviews leads me to book this property and feel too sad for my wrong decision.
Pros:

The rooms inside are clean and well arranged. Kitchen is well equipped and functional. Bathroom is clean and organized properly.

Cons:

At the booking time we booked for 3 adults but at the time of check in at midnight they denied the third person bed else to pay huge amount. The booking.com pictures were fake and it didn’t mention the living room with sofas is not available for all apartments. Totally messed up my stay after a tedious journey from Wayanadu.
The air conditioning unit is not cooling and depended on fan was more tiring and no slept well throughout the night. Multiple times called the staff to help but they have nothing to do with it.

Best best stay
Pros:

This was the best stay for me in India.. rooms very clean extremely friendly and helpful and kind thank you so much .. receptionist was very very helpful kind I felt like home ..thank you Dr jishin so much the kindest person we met in India helped us a lot .. they even gave us a gift when checking out .. definitely recommend and will come back

Excellent Property
Pros:

Had booked the two-room apartment. The entire apartment was super clean and felt very comfy. Staff at the reception were also very helpful and courteous. They have a restaurant nearby where home delivery is possible. Zomato/Swiggy options are also available. Will recommend for families.
