Estadia perfeita num belo apartamento.
Pros:

De tudo, desde os funcionários ao alojamento, cujas fotos apresentadas do apartemento correspondem à realidade. Localizado no centro da Horta com o quarto a ter vista para a ilha do Pico. A repetir e recomendo.

המיקום היה מעולה והנוף מושלם.
הדירה הייתה גדולה ונקיה.

Cons:

קיבלנו דירה בקומה שניה, בחלק ללא המעלית. הדירה הייתה מאוד גדולה, כך גם המקלחת. דלתות המקלחון הורכבו הפוך, כך שכדי לסגור ולפתוח אותו צריך להרים מעט ולגרור. היה מועיל אם הייתה במקלחת גם ארונית או מקום לשים את תיק הרחצה.
כשהגענו עלתה איתנו פקידת הקבלה להראות לנו את הדירה ושמה לב שהנורה המרכזית בתקרה, בחדר השינה אינה פועלת, היא התנצלה ואמרה שזה יתוקן למחרת. שהינו בדירה 3 לילות - זה לא תוקן.
במטבח הייתה מכונת קפה, אך לא היה שקיות קפה, כדי להשתמש בה. במטבח הייתה הודעה שהניקיון בו אינו חלק מניקיון הדירה ואם הוא לא יהיה באותו מצב שקיבלנו אותו יגבו מאיתנו 25€ עבור נקיונו. לדעתי זה חצוף. עדיף לכלול עלות זו במחיר הכללי שרשום בו שהוא כולל הכל ולא להגיע ולגלות שתקבל חיוב נוסף.
אבזור המטבח היה מאוד מינימלי.
