Important information:

-Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2 am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

-Rooms are in a 5th floor without elevator.

Please note that some rooms are interior or do not have windows, your room will be ramdomly selected depending on availability.

-Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside of on-site working hours from 15:00H to 20:00H will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person who provides assistance.

-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.
-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.
-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.
-Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cons:

Stanza minuscola,sporca, senza armadio o sgabello asciugamani mai state cambiate
Lenzuola non molto pulite, molta polvere zero spazio per muoversi nella stanza bagno fuori e sporco zero appoggi per vestiti tavoletta rotta e un rotolo gia usato di carta igenica
Per di piu le porte difettate e difficili da aprire

Estadía para una noche…
Pros:

El baño y ducha están bonitos y cómodos.

Cons:

La habitación es mínima, escasamente tiene una cama y una pequeña mesa. Son demasiado exigentes con la norma al punto de ser fastidiosos y/o temerarios. Debes subir 5 pisos sin ascensor para llegar al sitio, con equipaje es horrible y después de hacer turismo todo el día, es terrible.

Se encuentra en una zona muy insegura y mal cuidada. La habitación era mucho más pequeña de la esperada. Limpieza, ventilación e instalaciones regulares.

Realmente fue muy incómoda por falta de utensilios que por el precio no afectan su ganancia

La falta de visión y empatía, no puede ser que no te dejen un vaso para tomar un vaso de agua. Un par de cubiertos o un plato. Se sabe que no tiene cocina, pero ni para traer para cenar o desayunar a la mañana. Nada.

Para 1 dia, está bom!

Localização é boa.
Limpeza aceitável.

Cons:

Sem televisão. Almofadas desconfortáveis.
Colchão mediano.
Tinha uma porta do chuveiro em falta o que fazia que a água viesse para fora. Apesar de terem ao dispor, não trocam toalhas ou lençóis.

La limpieza

Cons:

No me gustó, que da a un interior, que si abres la ventana se oye todo el jaleo de un barrio bastante conflictivo, que era un 5 sin ascensor, que las calles muy sucias, que hay una terraza y no te dejan salir. Si alguien no le importan estas cosas como ubicación muy cerca del centro, y el trato no a sido nada malo.
