Important information:

-Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2 am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

-Rooms are in a 5th floor without elevator.

Please note that some rooms are interior or do not have windows, your room will be ramdomly selected depending on availability.

-Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside of on-site working hours from 15:00H to 20:00H will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person who provides assistance.

-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.
-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.
-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.
-Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Custo benefício, pelo valor pago não há muito o que esperar
Pros:

Vantagem é que tem boa localização, perto de tudo

Cons:

Rua perigosa, não fazem serviço de limpeza dos quartos, só fazem somente depois que termina a estadia pra outra pessoa entrar, os dias que passei hospedada com a mesma toalha e roupa de cama e é no quinto andar sem elevador

El baño privado si , pero...a lo mejor un poco más de intimidad tipo Hiba con mi novio y claro ir al baño y el otro casi que te ve pues medio que vergüenza.

Cons:

Supuestamente había aíre acondicionado pero estaba súper bajito casi que el calor atroz.
El personal de limpieza dieron 30 portazos en 5 minutos y entre tanto hablar uno no descansa.
5 piso sin ascensor en verano es algo que uffff.

Si tenías algún problema las personas eran muy amables y siempre estaban disponibles o si le escribia estaban muy atentos , y hasta tienen un guardia de noche , eso fue lo q más me gustó

Cons:

La verdad q era muy pequeño, pero auqn fuera pequeño si hubiera tenido un frigo de esos muy pequeños por lo menos para agua fresquita . Luego era un 5 sin ascensor y estoy operada de hace unos meses con 8 tornillos , 3 placas y un empeine fijado , en el pie y sube 5 baja 5 sube 5 baja 5 y sin agua fresquita

Cons:

5° piso sin ascensor que no se menciona en el anuncio, habitación no era igual a la de la foto, demasiado pequeña para dos personas, el aire acondicionado se oía pero no se sentía tuve que comprar un ventilador. Y la puerta del piso siempre estaba abierta, los demás inquilinos no la cerraban.

Horrible, no hay aire acondicionado como dicen. Supuestamente hay uno central pero no funciona. Me trataron de mala manera desde el check in. Y para colmo me robaron el celular en la puerta. La zona si bien es Lavapies, justo la calle de las habitaciones es bastante peligrosa porque hay venta de drogas.

En la descripción del alojamiento no especifica que el edificio no tiene elevador, tampoco especifica las medidas de la habitación. También la comunicación de la anfitriona fue un poco insistente a la hora de llegada, escribió en repetidas ocasiones en un lapso de dos horas solo para insistir a que hora llegábamos específicamente, incluso ya habiendo tenido una comunicación clara por booking.

Cons:

Supuestamente hay aire acondicionado pero no hay es central con lo cual no llega a la habitación y tampoco ves ningun aire puesto por ningun lado. Todas las paredes manchadas el suelo con una mancha de moho y a la ducha le falta una puerta y la otra no funciona bien por lo tanto se sale el agua y tuve q estar secando cada vez q me duchaba todo el suelo y la toalla acababa empapada
