Everything was so perfect
Tutto molto bello, posto super e molto tranquillo. Colazione super, ristorante con prodotti di qualità. Camere belle e pulite. La Piscina sempre aperta una bella chicca.
Metterei qualche attaccapanni nelle camere per stendere asciugamani e giubbotti

Cisza, dobra restauracja chociaż ceny nie najniższe, raczej średnie. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto w całym obiekcie. Super basen z częścią wydzieloną dla dzieci. Piękna okolica.
مكان استثنائي يتواجد في مكان مذهل ... الطريق الى المكان لوحه طبيعيه رائعه والمكان نفسه وسط منطقه ريفيه جميله الغرف نظيفه.. ا واسعه وجميله .. مكيفه ....توجد بركه رائعه ... كل شي كان رائعا ..لو كنا نعلم جمال المكان كنا أخذنا بالحسبان المبيت لليلتين على الاقل .. بالتأكيد سنعود اليه وسنقترحه على الاصدقاء

The room is nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is welcoming.
It's over expanded, there are too many guests which results in the place losing its charm, we had room number 10 and we could hear the room next door, at times there were 20 people in a pool meant for probably 10. The breakfast is the same everyday, on longer stays it's getting old. Slow service during dinner and lunch. It takes about five minutes for hot water.
The property itself is new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The service needs improvement. We arrived at 2 PM, but our rooms were not ready.
Super locatie, mooi, avontuurlijk, kleinschalig van opzet. Zwembad en stoelen voor de kinderen.
Melk bij het ontbijt bleek geitenmelk te zijn. Dat is even wennen maar super lekker, gezellig ontbijt
Wij hadden 1 nacht geboekt. Waren op doorreis, gingen op excursie en wilden savonds bijboeken maar waren ze helaas vol😉
Accueil et personnel très sympathique : l’équipe a répondu à l’ensemble de nos questions. Le lieu est magnifique, le trajet pour y arriver vaut le coup !

The location is fantastic secluded, surrounded by forest, and offering beautiful views.
The facilities are very good, well-maintained, and clean, especially the rooms. The pool area is enjoyable and provides a great place to relax.
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and overall the food and cooking were good, but overpriced on some dishes.
The cleaning staff and the lady working in the morning were especially attentive, kind, and helpful.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere.
The service during lunch and dinner left much to be desired. There was a general lack of attentiveness to guests’ needs, and you often had to anticipate and prepare for what you might need based on what was available and what the staff could accommodate.
The rooms had no fridge, and given how secluded the area is, you had to purchase water from the bar constantly. It would be reasonable to offer water either free of charge or at a symbolic price, rather than having it become a significant daily expense, especially in a mountain location where access to alternatives is limited.
Finally, the fact that card payments were not accepted should have been clearly communicated in advance.

Beautiful location, staff was friendly, great breakfast.
Une super expérience ! Le logement est dans les montagnes, au calme, décoré avec goût. Les repas et petit-déjeuner sont locaux et délicieux.
Pour chipoter, peut-être que des transats en plus des tables autour de la piscine pourraient être appréciés.
