The condo was clean, beautiful, in a great location, and supplied with everything we needed.

Pros:

Felt like home. Had everything needed. Very clean. Great location.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. We stayed 3 nights. Hard to sleep well on beds that are not comfortable. My son slept on the sofa and said it was great. He did not use the pull-out bed.

We really did enjoy they area and the hosts were easy to reach if needed.the place was comfortable and ina nice area
Pros:

The place was close to the beach and had comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with many of extras. It was decorated cute.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean, many dirty dishes and silverware, kitchen drawers were filthy inside. Floors and couch were very sandy. Towels were stained. Could use paint.

Everything you need for a enjoyable vacation, pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room and a full kitchen to help save a little $ on breakfast and lunches!!

We had an issue with the air, but it was promptly taken care of!

This is a very nice place to stay while on vacation.
Pros:

Coziness, Location to beach and the Hospitality of the owners. Also, everything was provided. Coffee, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even brand new toothbrushes.

Cons:

Parking..Not meant for full size trucks. The distance from Boardwalk is a little farther than noted. It is walkable in cool temperatures but still a good walk.

The Portabella Paradise is definitely a 10 out of 10 place to stay with cleanliness and all!
Pros:

I’m a clean freak, so bad to the point I won’t stay in a place that has signs of wear, mold, or darkness in the bathtub. The Portabella exceeded my expectations even with just the bathtub to the point I’d eat my dinner in there if I needed 😅. As four dental hygienists, we were happy to see that toothbrushes and mini toothpastes were provided. We were able to sit on the balcony and view the beach from a distance and watch the sunset, while feeling the Carolina beach breezes. It was so convenient to have parking, we had a spot for one car in a private spot and one for visitor parking as one girl had to come at a later time. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Carolina Pier and enjoy our night out, watching the full moon and enjoying some White Claws and friend time! There is a beach that they recommend you walking to, and sitting out, however, it was an easy drive to the Harper access where all the shops, dining, and even fireworks were at. All in all very great communication with the owner, booking.com, and very welcoming place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone that is wanting to travel to Carolina Beach and have a very very top tier clean place to stay and enjoy your time with friends or family.
