Magique.
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel était toujours très agréable et attentionné , les petits cadeaux à l'arrivé et au départ font beaucoup plaisir! L'emplacement est également super, central mais sans être dans une zone trop touristique.

Cons:

Personnellement j'aime bien les petits déjeuners à volonté, et l'hôtel proposait plutôt un menu, ce qui est compréhensible. Et un détail mais qui pourrai être utile : Je trouve qu'un guide pour les différentes lumières de la chambre et pour l'usage de la baignoire serait aussi une bonne idée (c'est pas du tout grave, mais j'ai pris du temps à comprendre comment fermer la sortie d'eau de la baignoire et comment éteindre toutes les lumières).

Emplacement idéal, personnel à l'écoute. attentionné et professionnel. Chambre propre et cosi un petit regret car sous les toits donc pas de fenetres. Petit déjeuné excellent et rapide.

Perle in Dorsoduro
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, dass vor einigen Jahren vollkommen renoviert wurde und nun als Perle in Dorsodura eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Venedig ist. Es gibt ein super Restaurant, das durchaus auch einen Stern im Michelin verdient hätte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell geschult.

Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with staff around the clock. Lovely, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Cosy, charming room. Easily reachable from the train/bus station on a 15 min panoramic vaporetto ride.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à un personnel aux petits soins et à de délicates attentions dans notre chambre dès notre arrivée.
La chambre était parfaite, avec un ménage minutieux où chaque détail compte.
Le petit-déjeuner à la carte était excellent et le cadre de l’hôtel mérite un 10/10.
L’hôtel est parfaitement situé : un endroit calme, tout en étant à proximité de tous les lieux à visiter.
Vaporetto 2 minutes à pied et taxi-bateau réservés directement à l’hôtel.


Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en famille la prochaine fois !
