Exceptional staff team who made our stay a delight! Thank you to everyone. We had a dog health emergency and the team were fantastic in finding a 24/7 vet and supporting us. Restaurant food is really good. Congrats & thanks also to the kitchen.

Everything. Staff were all so amazing and attentive, they remembered the little details about every couple and really took the time to get to know everyone. The property is absolutely stunning at every corner, and rooms are kept so clean and comfortable. food is amazing, everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. Everything is perfect
There is nothing that can be improved, we both said this hotel is the best we have ever stayed at - better than some very expensive big name hotels.

What a welcome, never experienced anything like it, stunning interiors and one of the most relaxing environments.
Ok so this down to personal preference, if you like Michelin star restaurants then you will love the food, for me/ us we love Italy for the simple wonderful ingredients we don’t need foam or miniature dishes ( and that includes breakfast) to impress us and if I’m being really honest service in the restaurant dinner and breakfast was average, it was a first for me when asking could we order some drinks to be told “wait” nothing else just “wait”. however saying all this I’d go back tomorrow to enjoy this stunning hotel

the overall setting was amazing, they did an amazing job on the whole design and everybody was super friendly.
recommend this place to everyone!
The wifi in the rooms could be better and a gym would be a great add to the location.
