Нам не удалось заселиться в апартаменты, поскольку сотрудники пол дня не выходили на связь и не прислали инструкцию по заселению. После обращения в службу поддержки Букинг нам прислали инструкцию, но попасть в апартаменты нам так и не удалось из-за неправильного кода, и опять сотрудники не обращали внимания ни на сообщения в Букинг, ни на звонки на мобильный, ни на смс и на сообщения в WhatsApp. И только после того как Букинг отменил бронь, а прошло уже два часа с того времени как мы подъехали к объекту с нами связалась сотрудник апартаментов с вопросом: вам удалось заселиться? Мягко говоря странный вопрос. После она пыталась нас убедить что замок в порядке и она заранее его проверяла, хотя мы в роем пытались его открыть. Поразило наплевательское отношение по отношению к жильцам.
