It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner of the apartment.
Pros:

A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and the items are very complete. The kitchen tools are also complete, but unfortunately I didn't want to cook when I stayed. The Wifi signal is also OK.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room, and it is indeed a bit hot during the day, but it will be better at night. The water pump is a bit loud, as if it is near the room, and I can monitor the water usage of each room at any time( •̥́ ˍ •̀ू )
