Excellent accommodation, amazing value for your money. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good, easy instructions to find the accommodation and easy to access.
We were very pleasantly surprised with our room.
Included a large living room, spa bathroom and large bedroom. It had everything we needed. Shared kitchen on-site if needed. Terna was very efficient with communication.

Cons:

There isn't much to fault here.
If I could suggest something it would be to remove some of the decor as there isn't much room to put your stuff. Besides that it's amazing!

Pros:

Great location right downtown and closed to the theatre I was attending. The kitchen was wonderful and the bathrooms modern and clean. My room was kind of "worn" but had marvelous views from the windows, tons of space, plenty of places to sit and a big comfortable bed.

Pros:

I really love this hotel, so I recommended it to my friends.
That same evening, we booked another room and stayed there together.
We absolutely love this place — it offers great value for money.
It’s also very convenient, with a lively town center and shops just nearby.

Pros:

This hotel gave me a wonderful surprise.
Although it doesn’t have many rooms, everything is very delicate and well-designed.
It has a classic British style with lots of antique furniture, which I really love.
It’s also very clean.
I will definitely choose you again next time.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, nicely furnished and a lovely bath. There is a fantastic view of the Volcano from the kitchen window.

Cons:

I couldn't get the tv to work other than Netflix. There are lots of steps to the house so probably not suitable for anyone with a disability.

Place is clean and well kept

Cons:

Location is great but slightly felt scared upon arriving due to lower level abandoned and building is old i initially thought i got scammed..then I checked my messages at booking.com there's instructions so all good :)
