Pros:

Ritesh, the manager is a wise and amazing guy, the best part of staying here was having him around. I saw him n his team clean the property Ganga ghat after the massive flooding earlier that month - worth a mention.

Pros:

Breakfast was included but very limited items and long waiting time - for the price point, it was way below expectations.

Location is good, for taking strolls to the nearby markets, and Laxman jhula - for other locations, you may need to drive.

Cons:

Better access to Ganga ghat, room service and other amenities, actual swimming pool, functional spa and some more lounge space/kids space could have been useful. Not worth the price paid for.

Excellent place to spend few days. We extended our stay by one more day due to the positive vibes.
Pros:

Breakfast was super tasty, people so hospitable, caring. Only the location little out initially was difficult to find as we were reaching late night. The guys from hotel helped us to locate and reach.

Cons:

More clarity on the google map of the location.

Stunning hotel but service was a major letdown
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely stunning—by far the most beautiful in Rishikesh. The design is elegant, and the views are breathtaking. Amazing location on the banks of the Ganga. The property itself has so much potential to be a top-tier destination.

Cons:

The service was appalling and completely ruined the experience. Upon check-in, our room wasn’t clean from the previous guests. Initially, we were promised the room would be cleaned, but no one ever came. After spending a night in the dirty room and having to chase the manager ourselves, we were finally moved to another room. The lack of initiative and disregard for basic guest comfort was deeply frustrating.

The behavior of the staff was equally disappointing. There was no greeting when we arrived and no farewell when we left. Staff members were lounging on the sofas meant for guests in the lobby, eating in the guests’ dining area, and leaving dirty tables and food remnants behind. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve had in India so far—poor quality, limited variety, and no attention to detail.

It’s heartbreaking to see such a beautiful property marred by mismanagement and poor service. With serious improvements in staff training, professionalism, and respect for guests, this hotel could be truly exceptional
