Cons:

La camera non era stata pulita, abbiamo trovato un paio di calze dei vecchi inquilini, peli e capelli un po ovunque… ci hanno rimborsato subito in seguito a foto e chiamate, lo staff ha proceduto subito con il rimborso

Overall it was good.
Pros:

The location of was good, there was a supermarket very nearby. Rovaniemi is very small, so it was super easy to walk to the city centre. The room was clean and quite big.

Cons:

The only issue I had was it was a bit cold inside the room. Especially during winter when you have -27 degrees outside, it is important to come to a warm room and be able to sleep relaxed in a warm environment. When I wrote a message on Booking about this issue, unfortunately I didn’t get a reply.

Good Choose
Pros:

Hotel is close to supermarket 3 min., to bus station to go airport 5 min., and city center 10 min. by walk. There isn't any reception personnel you get your key front of building from a box and put key same box while check out. They sent you the code of box before you come to building. So you don't worry about check in and out. They contact you via WhatsApp. Reaction time to your message is a bit long. If you have hurry it is not good. Hotel has a big kitchen. You can find everything what you want. There is one freezer for each room. Room number is on it. All the rooms are at base floor.

Cons:

The temperature of our room a little bit low. We ask them how we get more heat. We learned that a remote control is in kitchen for changing temperature when we check out.

Pros:

Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum (ca. 700m Fußweg). Kiosk und Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer trotz bis zu -20 °C außen angenehm warm mit A/C.

Cons:

Leider sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer, für mich alleine ging es aber.

Only the sinks in the house were very small. Everything else that could be needed in a house was thought out and clean. The employees were kind. If I were to come to a field, I would definitely stay in the same place. thank you.
