La peor estancia de mi vida.
Pros:

La cama fue bastante cómoda al final y había desayuno incluido, muy básico pero almenos había desayuno.

Cons:

El trato con el personal fue horrible. La "jefa" estaba de mal humor y me trató de una forma bastante arrogante cuando discutimos sobre el desayuno ya que en la reserva estaba incluido y te daban un tablón con bebidas que tenías que pagar a parte.
A parte, lo peor fue la llegada. Llegué tarde ya que se retrasó el bus y era de madrugada. Al llegar estaba cansado y solo quería descansar. El chico joven de la recepción me atendió cordialmente y me enseñó la habitación. Cuando entramos habían BICHOS en la cama y salieron corriendo y se escondieron debajo, suerte que él pudo verlo.
Me cambió de habitación hasta 3 veces ya que en todas había BICHOS (una especie de cucaracha pequeña)!!! Hasta que me dieron la habitación superior de todas donde se quedó él esperando para que yo chequeara la habitación y pudiera estar "a gusto". No parecía haber bichos allí pero estaba todo el suelo de debajo de la cama lleno de polvo y de mierda de otros clientes, parecía que no limpiaban en años!!!
MUY MALA Experiencia! NO LO RECOMIENDO en absoluto!!!

Pros:

Выбрала этот отель случайно,не зная местности,примерно в центре. Оказалось удачно. Активная жизнь вокруг. Магазины ,рестораны,ярмарка в воскресенье,многие достопримечательности посетила пешком. Что еще нужно туристу?! Управляющая , очень приятная дама, помогла по всем вопросам,подскзала. Простой вкусный завтрак. Два замечательных пёселя урашают собой отель и следят за порядком😍,также видела зеленого попугая. На обратном пути своего путешествия снова выбрала этот отель,уже взяла номер побольше,он приятнее.

Cons:

Какая-то беда с сантехникой в моих двух номерах. Всё работает,но вода брызжет в разные стороны.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur Riverside, la plupart des employés sont aimables et gentils. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Cons:

Nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans l'ensemble de notre chambre (sous le lit, dans l'oreiller...), nous en avons informé la patronne qui a mis du repulsif cependant après 1h il y en avait de nouveaux, nous avons donc choisis de changer d'hôtel dès la première nuit. La patronne s'est montré pas aimable et ne nous a pas remboursé l'intégralité de la deuxième nuit.
De plus, il y a beaucoup de bruit.

Отличное расположение, рядом все, где можно погулять и поесть.

Cons:

По факту ночлежка на одну ночь. Все очень уставшее.
Завтрак одно название. 2 яйца 4 хлеба + маргарин, немного фруктов и маленький кофе. Воду дали один раз при заселении. Телевизор не работал.

Multiple maintenance issues affected the stay
Pros:

The food in their rwstaurant is great, the staff is friendly and the location is great.

Cons:

I was assigned a different room than the one I had booked.

The air conditioner was missing a component that directs airflow, resulting in cold air blowing directly at me throughout the night.

More seriously, the toilet did not flush properly, which created a very uncomfortable and unhygienic situation.

The room also did not appear thoroughly cleaned, as there were visible hairs on the floor and an item left behind by a previous guest.

Overall, these issues significantly affected my stay.
