Hotel zrušil moji potvrzenou rezervaci v den příjezdu. A to bez udání důvodu. Velmi nedoporučuji, je nespolehlivý

Only one pillow, and tap on sink not flowing correctly, tv not working

Nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans l'ensemble de notre chambre (sous le lit, dans l'oreiller...), nous en avons informé la patronne qui a mis du repulsif cependant après 1h il y en avait de nouveaux, nous avons donc choisis de changer d'hôtel dès la première nuit. La patronne s'est montré pas aimable et ne nous a pas remboursé l'intégralité de la deuxième nuit.
De plus, il y a beaucoup de bruit.

По факту ночлежка на одну ночь. Все очень уставшее.
Завтрак одно название. 2 яйца 4 хлеба + маргарин, немного фруктов и маленький кофе. Воду дали один раз при заселении. Телевизор не работал.

I was assigned a different room than the one I had booked.

The air conditioner was missing a component that directs airflow, resulting in cold air blowing directly at me throughout the night.

More seriously, the toilet did not flush properly, which created a very uncomfortable and unhygienic situation.

The room also did not appear thoroughly cleaned, as there were visible hairs on the floor and an item left behind by a previous guest.

Overall, these issues significantly affected my stay.

Sheets are grey color, dirty doors and furniture

We had the room above the lobby.
The bed was very hard and old
It was cramped, noisy and needs a cometic refresh.
There was music playing from somewhere close by til quite late so request a room away from the front

Not much

I booked a room with an elevator and for it to look a certain way. They put me in a completely different room, in the old part. They helped me carry my suitcases, but it would have been better if they had just put me in the part I booked. When I asked why they put me in the wrong place, they said it made no difference and didn't want to change my room. If you're not prepared to fall asleep to unbearable noise, you can book this hotel. It's suitable for those who apparently came here to drink themselves into oblivion. The room is dark, with sealed windows and gray walls, but spacious. It was clean, the breakfast offered a variety of egg preparations.
