Important information:

The spa is available at an additional cost and can hold a maximum of 30 guests at the same time. It is limited to 60 minutes per person and is only accessible to guests aged 18 and over. Massages and beauty treatments are available at an extra cost.

From Monday to Friday the spa is open in the afternoon. During weekends it is also open in the morning. The timetable is available at reception.

Pros:

Giusy vom Restaurant sehr aufmerksam, sehr nett, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, haben immer Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch

Cons:

Dass man für die Handtücher am Pool 10 Euro Kaution zahlen musste und bei Rückgabe der Handtücher nur 5 Euro zurück bekam.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ausreichend.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon, gute Lage um das Gargagno-Gebirge zu erkunden und die Buchten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Anfahrt von der Autobahn zieht sich etwas in die Länge. Manfredonia Centro ist 5 km entfernt.

Cons:

Da das Zimmer nicht wie per Email angekündigt um 15h fertig war, mussten wir noch ca. 30 Minuten in der Hotellobby warten. Das Frühstück war regional und in Ordnung, jedoch wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt. Das Abendessen gab es im hoteleigenen Restaurant mit regionaler Küche, jedoch nur kleiner Auswahl an Gerichten zu relativ hohen Preisen.

Insomma molta apparenza poca sostanza
Pros:

Bella la piscina, e tutto ciò che é esterno alla camera, la hall grandissima, tutto molto esoso. Già entrando dal cancello principale le aspettative si alzano parecchio.

Cons:

Lo staff non sempre cortese e alcune volte parso infastidito dalle richieste anche di informazioni. La camera senza grosse ambizioni, normale, nella media. I bagni totalmente da rifare, doccia nella vasca da bagno con un separé anni 80, senza posti dove potersi aggrappare o soluzioni per rendere la vasca non scivolosa, tanto che sono pure scivolato nella doccia, fortunatamente senza grandi conseguenze, solo paura e qualche ematoma. Colazione intercontinentale OK ma senza grandissima scelta soprattutto per intolleranze alimentari o scelte alimentari (non esistono alternative vegane sul dolce o sul salato che non siano pane o frutta).

Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo albergo, è stata davvero una bella esperienza! L'unica nota dolente, a mio parere, è il costo della pasta al ristorante: trovare primi piatti dai 18 ai 20 euro mi sembra decisamente esagerato. È l'unico dettaglio che non va e che spero possiate rivedere, per il resto tutto ottimo."
