L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda rispetto al centro di Collalbo (raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi) e per diverse escursioni sull'altopiano. La stanza era pulita, essenziale e molto luminosa; i gestori molto cordiali.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu. Często podróżuję, ale z tak słabym standardem i podejściem do gościa dawno się nie spotkałem.
Największym problemem jest tu obsługa – personel sprawia wrażenie stale zirytowanego i wkurzonego. Zadanie jakiegokolwiek pytania graniczy z cudem, bo ma się wrażenie, że we wszystkim się im przeszkadza. Śniadania są wyjątkowo słabe i ze schłodzoną, bardzo małą różnorodnością produktów. Co więcej, brak tu nawet ekspresu dla gości – kawę musi przynosić obsługa, na co trzeba czekać i o co trzeba się prosić.
Pokoje wypadają równie kiepsko pod kątem podstawowego wyposażenia:
Brak wody dla gości oraz braki w podstawowej chemii/akcesoriach (brak nawet worka na śmieci w koszu).
Brak czajnika, więc nie ma możliwości zrobienia sobie ciepłego napoju w pokoju.
Lokalizacja również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Hotel położony jest pod bardzo stromą, wysoką górą – każda wyprawa dokądkowo wymaga uciążliwego zjazdu i mocnego wspinania się autem w drodze powrotnej. Jedynym, chociaż niewielkim plusem całego obiektu jest obecność basenu i sauny, ale to zdecydowanie za mało, aby zrekompensować resztę niedogodności. Szczerze odradzam.
