Stunning location and attention to detail

The whole experince of the guesthouse was overwhelming, the food was 10/10, especially the breakfast, so if you want to eat really good traditional foods you should visit the place. You should try nonnas pancake the feta cheese pie and especially i would recommend the lamb chops. The host was super friendly and helpful. 11/10. Not to mention, host showed us bee hives and gave us tour how homemade honey is made, what was also great experience.
Thank you once again!
(Host sent us tips what to see in Tirana which was ours next stop of the vacation, so he actually really helped us)

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans la guesthouse Xhaferri.
La guesthouse est située dans un lieu calme offrant un magnifique panorama sur la montagne. Des sentiers permettent d’explorer à pied les environs.
Le service de transfert proposé par la famille depuis Çorovodë est vraiment appréciable pour rejoindre le site en toute tranquillité et profiter des paysages sublimes.
La guesthouse est récente mais a été conçue dans le respect des traditions locales avec du bois et de la pierre. Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant.
Les repas sont délicieux et préparés avec les produits du potager et de la ferme (légumes, miel, fromage, viande, etc.).
Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreux échanges et les bonnes adresses pour la suite de notre voyage.
Nous recommandons vivement la guesthouse Xhaferri, c’est une étape à ne pas louper lors de votre visite en Albanie.

The family hosting us was so nice and kind! They're daughter was amazing to our little boy. Food was good! Everything was home grown!! They showed us the beehives they grow in the property and let us taste the wonderful honey.
The drive requires a jeep but when you get there.... the view is breathtaking

Un séjour inoubliable !

Les hôtes ont été formidables du début à la fin de notre séjour, et même avant.
Le lieu est exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les produits, que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner, sont locaux et frais. Tout est produit et fait sur place.
Nous avons même eu la chance de rencontrer les beaux parents de Beci qui nous ont montré comment ils faisaient le miel.

Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

Il faut bien utiliser Google maps et pas le plan Apple. En effet, nous avons rencontré des difficulté pour nous rendre à l’établissement car nous avons utilisé le plan Apple qui nous a fait prendre une mauvaise route et nous nous sommes retrouvées sur une autre vallée. Les hôtes ont été présents du début à la fin et nous suivaient via whatsapp. Cela a été très rassurant de savoir qu’ils étaient là pour nous !

Fantastische locatie en prachtige accommodatie met heerlijke bedden. Eten is lokaal en vers geproduceerd. Rondleiding bij de bijenfarm was zeer leerzaam.

Lovely view! Nice and completely quiet. Very friendly hosts and good food.

We enjoyed the remoteness of the location, and our hosts could not have been more cordial and friendly.

The guesthouse of Basi and his family is an Albanian dream. The views from the mountain tops are straight out of a painting.

The service is impeccable. The best food, fresh from their garden on the grill. And the family is always around to help. From organizing hiking tours to sightseeing tips and visiting the beehives.

Xhafferi is fantastic. <3

Its a bit of a Climb with your car but its absolutly worth it!

The location was beautiful with views across the valley and mountains. Super peaceful. The hosts Apostil and Tina were lovely and with the aid of google translate we could communicate. All the food was locally sourced and delicious.

There was also a lovely 3 hour hike from the doorstep.

I recently stayed at Xhaferri Guesthouse and had an unforgettable experience! Normally I don't leave reviews, or make them short. But this time was so different! The friendly staff, starting from Grandma who planted and cared for so many flowers around the guesthouse, to the Owner who among other things, took great care even for two amazing rabbits, from the Receptionist who provided any directions and advice on the hiking routes and other activities to the Cook who made traditional and delicious dishes, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breathtaking views of the surrounding nature were a daily highlight, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, adding peace and tranquillity to village and suburb life.

The great food served at the guesthouse was another standout feature. Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared, giving us a true taste of the local cuisine. Additionally, the opportunity to learn about honey-making and picking fresh fruits and vegetables added a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay.

The location is very nice. We made it in scooter to thé end without major difficulties but you need to be an expérimented driver. Otherwise, they ll help you. The personal were all so kind and friendly.
The rooms are beautiful and the view amazing. There is not a lot to do around, surely when it's summer. But you are in the canyon in 30' or so.

Bessi and his family are really friendly hosters! The view from the terrace is amazing. The house was built last year, the rooms are nice and clean! There is enough space to sit outside an enjoy the view. The selfmade food and homemade honey were delicous. They offer a service for transportation, because of the bumpy road. We really enjoyed our stay at this special place. Faleminderit!
