Pros:

Excellent behaviour of the staff specially Gautam. He and others tried their best to help and support us with whatever resources they had. Breakfast was to our liking, the way we wanted.

Cons:

The other customers were rowdy but Gautam helped to control them. Water crisis in that area affecting all the hotels.

Not so clean property, slippery toilet and bedsheets were not so clean and has abit weired small. I will give 5 out of 1

Only the position of the guest house is good.

Cons:

I booked way before coming here, yet when we arraived at the guest house they charged us extra money saying that my so is older than I mentioned in booking details. Though I dm them a lot earlier about this mistake and they said OK. When I argued about that the receptionist said - its not us, its booking.com who talked with you. If you want to stay here you have to pay extra 500 for your kid.

I travel frequently but this never happened with me. He just utilized the super peak season rush and forced me to pay extra.

Staff - mannerless
Service - zero
Room cleanliness - Horrible. Dirty bed sheets, no fan, broken clothing hooks, They didn’t even cleaned the room floor as you can see in my attached photos.
Bathroom - even my house staff bathroom is more organized and clean no toiletries, not even tissue.
Alley - running water from common bathroom was all over, sloppy, dirty. my kid almost fell over.
