Für die Ausstattung war das Appartement zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Die Bettdecke hat einen schlechten Geruch.

Zweckmäßiges WG-Zimmer
Pros:

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Nacht zum Besuch des Rock-im-Park-Festivals gebucht.
Zu diesem Zwecke war das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Fußläufig waren wir in unter zehn Minuten auf dem Festivalgelände. Man hätte zwar auch mit den direkt vor der Haustür befindlichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen können, jedoch wollten wir uns den Kontakt zu dem verrotzten und verschnupften Pöbel nicht antun.
Außerdem gab es mehrere gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten, welche ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar waren.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Preis ist natürlich im Zeitrahmen des Festivals übertrieben hoch ... Angebot und Nachfrage halt.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

zwei Toiletten für gefühlt 25 Personen reichen nicht aus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr rudimentär und runtergekommen. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
