Otel odası ve manzarası güzeldi.

Cons:

Otel kahvaltısı iki ye ayrılmıştı. Oda rezervasyonu içinde olan ve nakit ödeme seçeneği ile olan. Tabiki iki kahvaltı arasında kalite farkı var. Bu kabul edilebilir bir şey değil.

Pros:

The pool / lounge area looks different than on the pictures, but it is nice. Not a large pool, but sufficient. The ocean is close, the beach is however full of trash in front of the hotel, it makes one not want to be outside. Please consider collecting the trash in front of the hotel.

Cons:

There was a party every night - up until 4AM / 5AM, very noisy.
The area of the place is full of trash. It is advertised as beachfront, yet the beach is incredibly dirty and full of trash. They do not clean it regularly, been told that "the ocean will clean it and take the trash away". A half an hour work of a person could change the looks of it entirely. Please consider collecting the trash in front of the hotel / resort.
The food is okay, overpriced compared to the quality.
We had dinner at the restaurant one night - had to wait 50 minutes for a pizza that was overpriced.

THE RECEPTION TO ROOM SERVICE WAS REALLY AMAZING WITH LUNCH, EVENING SITTING NEEDS IMPOVEMENTS
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. SITTING AREA AT BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT HAD LOTS OF FLIES, WITH NO PRECAUTIONS.

Cons:

THE EVENING AREA WAS FULL OF SHISA AND DID NOT HAVE RELAXATION AREA FOR NON SMOKERS. YOU SHOULD HAVE A SEPARATE AREA FOR NON SMOKERS AND CHILDREN AERA.

I have booked a 4bed room apartment for a family of 8, We all enjoyed our vacation.

Great staff and good problem solving.

Cons:

Full construction site experience. You should give reduced prices when there's a full renovation ongoing. First day and night was terrible. But at least issues were solved the second day. Great staff.

Pros:

Tæt på stranden. Rimelig pris . Kæmpe lejlighed på 350 m2. Aircondition i hele lejligheden. Restauranten.

Cons:

Det trænger til at blive renoveret.
Normalt må man tage alkohol med til poolen og restauranten, men pga af Ramadanen var det ikke tilladt. Det var ikke adviseret.

Excellent stay with a beautiful sea view room in Mombasa
Pros:

The deluxe sea view room was beautiful, right on the beach with amazing views!
The resort is also beautiful with staff willing to go the extra mile.

Cons:

There were no parasols to use on the beach, however as mentioned before the staff are willing to go the extra mile and made my partner very happy.
