It was great especially for a first time visitor definitely would go again.
Pros:

Very good breakfast and very close to the beach too. Lovely service and people all around. Especially Najim made sure everything we needed was provided and we have a good stay. There are lot of beach activities too Captain Amin gave us a good tour and boat ride that is memorable.

Cons:

On the first 2 days there was an event nearby and it was a bit loud.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mombasa. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our visit very enjoyable.

Cons:

A special thank you to Najim, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was professional, respectful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His excellent hospitality and genuine care made our stay even more memorable.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Mombasa. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

A special thank you to Karibi at the Front Desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helped us find the best accommodation option at a great value. Nadim from Guest Relations was also exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Their outstanding service made our experience truly memorable and is a big reason why we would happily return. Jumeirah Beachfront Hotel is a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa.
