An exceptional stay with outstanding service, great comfort and unforgettable hospitality

We had an exceptional stay this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.
What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service, Najim the guest relation manager made sure we were taken care of to the max. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort , excellent service and first class experience. I will definitely be coming back, Najim you are awesome continue having the amazing heart ❤️ 💙

Cons:

There wasn't much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing it would be that the stat felt too short. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay here again

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The host Najim was also very responsive going out of his way to make things comfortable.

Cons:

The restaurant is on the other side of the road. Though they offer room service for free.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I liked the most was the friendly and helpful staff. and especially Najim from guest relations made my experience even better.They were always welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

Cons:

Pros:

Close to the city with private beach access. Spacious airy spaces. Staff assistance was pretty prompt; checkin, restaurant and customer service team that visited to check on our stay.

Cons:

Request to provide/replenish water bottles. Better suited for big families or groups. Was crowded on one of the days for a private event.

Pros:

The hotel was quiet, peaceful, and clean with wonderful views. I will book again. The space was big and tastefully decorated. Felt like home away from home. Provided beach access and stuff was accommodating to a big crowd. Stuff was available to see if group needed anything and response time was great.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like except for the water pressure in a shower and a toilet.on one of the rooms The water pressure in the sink and standalone bidet was alright in the same bathroom but would not deter a future return to the facility.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beachfront with my family. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The staff made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The location is excellent and one of the best things about the Jumeirah. Our apartment was spotless, and it was cleaned every day to a very high standard, which we really appreciated.

We honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were highly satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Jumeirah Beachfront to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable!
