Hotel op prachtige plek in Rotterdam
Pros:

De ligging is erg goed en je kunt fietsen huren.

Cons:

Een van de fietsen liep erg aan. De kamer is mooi maar de rest van het hotel is minder mooi (smerige vloerbedekking) wat afbreuk doet aan het suite gevoel.

Fantastisch verblijf op een toplocatie!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Musea zoals Fenix en het Fotomuseum liggen op loopafstand en het hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Rotterdam te verkennen. Onze kamer was comfortabel, sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien. De gastvrijheid was uitstekend; je merkt dat er veel aandacht is voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Een leuke extra is de watertaxi, die je aan de overkant van het hotel kunt nemen. Wij hebben hier een geweldig verblijf gehad en komen graag nog eens terug.

Jammer genoeg moest ik een paar keer nabellen omdat ik wat vergeten was. Helaas is het niet gevonden..wat ik gek vind:(

Très bon accueil et décoration très soignée, mais insonorisation décevante
Pros:

La chambre était magnifique et très spacieuse. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable, que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'insonorisation est très insuffisante, qu'il s'agisse des bruits intérieurs ou extérieurs. Heureusement le quartier est calme, malgré cela les quelques bruits du dehors m'ont gênée par moments.
Par ailleurs, le système de climatisation est bizarre, une partie se règle dans la chambre mais une autre partie se règle à la réception. Ce n'est pas pratique.

De ligging, de inrichting het super vriendelijke personeel, de fijne kamer met een lekker bed en een heerlijk ontbijt

Cons:

Iets meer kastruimte voor kleding en een haakje voor de jassen zou fijn zijn
