Nice personal hotel in charming building.
Pros:

Very charming hotel in a monumental building. Great breakfast with enough choices and homemade cakes. Metro is nearby but we walked a lot which was doable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Just a few small details. There was shampoo but not soap, I guess they simply forgot. Not a big deal. Milk for coffee was opened by previous guest and dried in so no usable. Again some minor flaws but nothing seriously.

Immer wieder gerne in dieser schönen Stadt.
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes und spezielles Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Liebe zum Detail. Rundherum ein traumhaft schönes Hotel. Personal ist einfach toll!

Mooi hotel maar service schiet zwaar tekort.
Pros:

Het is werkelijk een prachtig hotel: qua pand. De hal, de imposante gangen, de bar, de ontbijtzaal, allemaal schitterend

Cons:

Een nette kamer maar het bed: nog nooit eerder meegemaakt, het bed schoot omhoog wanneer ik ging zitten (nb heb een normaal gewicht). Iedere keer een schrikmoment. In de badkamer twee spots boven het bad maar bij de wasbak & spiegel totaal geen licht; opmaken lukt niet door het ontbreken van licht. Hiervoor moet je voor het raam gaan zitten.

We hadden een strijkijzer nodig: ipv dat deze naar de kamer werd gebracht moesten we hiermee zelf over de gangen slepen.

Verder het ontbijt en personeel in de ontbijtzaal. Zeer jong personeel die duidelijk nog niet ingewerkt waren. Een goedemorgen bij het inchecken was al lastig. Verder moesten we overal om vragen. Er lag geen bestek op tafel: even later vonden we het bestek, gewikkeld in servet, bovenop de gebruikte servetten van onze voorgangers…hoe bizar en vies.

Op de vraag wat er in de schalen zat: yoghurt of kwark kreeg ik geen antwoord. Is het kwark? Ja ik denk het wel…heb je ook yoghurt…nee dat denk ik niet. Later vond ik in een andere hoek soja-yoghurt: het pak was leeg. Vanochtend was de broodhoek compleet leeg terwijl het ontbijt nog een uur genuttigd kon worden en de zaal vol zat. Het werd niet aangevuld. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Voor een hotel met zoveel aanzien cq sterren mag het bovenstaande niet voorkomen.

Prima verblijf, maar matige prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk! Top! Goede ontvangst bij de receptie. Goede service bij ontbijt de volgende ochtend.

Cons:

Wij kregen het hotel aangeraden door een vriend die Rotterdam goed kent. Eerlijk gezegd vonden wij het niet voldoen aan de verwachtingen en we vonden de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding matig. Het was smoezelig. Niet schoon, zowel ontbijtzaal als kamer zelf.

Tolles Hotel, mit guter Fussläufiger Lage zu den neuen Museen und der Innenstadt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klasse und hatte alles, was man braucht. Geräumig, schöne Möbel und Kunst, gratis Wasser und Espressomaschine. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Flur – eher unwichtig – könnte beizeiten ausgetauscht werden. Leider war der Fahrstuhl kaputt, dafür dann gutes Kardiotraining.
das Frühstück war uns zu teuer.
