Economical Homestay hostel

Nous sommes arrivés au logement et avons constaté qu’il est dans un état de propreté inacceptable, ne correspondant pas à la description ni aux photos de l’annonce.

Problèmes constatés :
• Sols et surfaces très sales ne semble jamais lavés.
• Salle de bain dans état de saleté inacceptable et même chose pour la cuisine avec plein de vaisselles partout.
• Literie tachée et odeur désagréable, moisissure sur les fenêtres
- la cour extérieur ressemble à une décharge

Nous avons pris plusieurs photos comme preuves.

Compte tenu de ces conditions, nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit sur deux.
C’est honteux de laisser ces personnes louer ces chambres dans cet état d’insalubrité !

The house was extremely dirty , floors were full of hair and spiders webs. Bedding was clean and comfortable but everything else was very dirty. Not a good place to sleep 😰

Washroom is located a little farther away from the room.

汚すぎる。蜘蛛や蛾が部屋の中に何匹もいた。風呂場、洗面所が汚すぎる、最後にいつ掃除したのかわからない。臭い。入り口にゴミが散乱している。洗濯機乾燥機の埃がすごい。タオルの匂いがひどい、洗ったのかわからない。隣の部屋の騒音に苦情を入れたがメッセージは既読無視で何も対応はない。
最低すぎる宿誰も泊まるべきでない、禁止されるべき。

Nasty place smells like cat litter and dust all over

Le service client booking n'a pas répondu à ma demande et donc aucun remboursement.
Remboursement demandé dans le cadre d'une réaction forte à la poussière dans le logement. Problème d'hygiène général.Nuit passée dans le logement 1/5 nuit. J'ai réservé une chambre d'hôtel en urgence, dans une ville extrême coûteuse financièrement.

The whole basement apartment smelled, was full of hair and spiders. The bathroom had no bath mat, clean hand soap, or sanitary surfaces to put anything on. It was full of dust, hair, and mold with only a dirty hairy bar soap provided. You couldn’t lay, sit, or move a single limb without the bed making an insane amount of noise. The whole place had paper thin walls while also undergoing construction our whole stay. Only one towel provided per guest even though we booked for almost a week. There was no screen on the windows meaning if you want any fresh air prepare to have bees, flies, and raccoons all within fingers reach. Overall a terrible stay regardless of price I think the minimum is not having to clean everything you want to use during your stay.
