The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Pros:

Location. Free car parking.

Ventilation fan in the bathroom ran continuously - we mentioned this to reception.

It was a perfect location, staff were very pleasant but the service at breakfast was disappointing

Cons:

Rooms were very dark, whilst I get the whole Malmaison vibe, I just think it's a bit dated and could do with a refresh.
Breakfast service was poor, constantly had to ask for milk jugs and refresh of fruit compote, there was also limited choice of bread for toasting, just standard white and granary. Self serve coffee machine was broken 3 days of the 4 and meant we had to ask for coffee

Arrived early, room was ready, warm welcome. Staff very friendly.

A pleasant & comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

A beautiful building in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Picture perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was comfy and clean. Bathroom provably needs updating slightly but it’s an old building so to be expected. Bedroom clean and modern
