Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Nur ein Teil vom Personal an der Rezeption war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man musste mehrere Male nachfragen, wenn man etwas wollte
Close to the tram and buses for getting into the city. Takes about 50 mins to walk. Lots of nice places to eat and drink next to the hotel. Rooms are clean and good size. Good continental breakfast and menu for cooked options. Free parking.
We appreciated that we could opt for a free drink instead of room service - we took advantage of this on 2 days.
It was quite dark in the room which didn't matter because very sunny outside, but it might have been a litle dreary in Winter.
Beautiful building and location
Felt the interior needed a bit of an update. The furniture in the room was chipped and needed a touch up and our window looked onto a brick wall

The location was great.Leith is a super town.
The night porter was fab,very helpful.
The bar has no atmosphere. The so called free cocktails where 11 pounds. Not a good look.
