Trop de personnes pour la superficie et les commodités du logement.
Nous étions 6 pour 1 salle de bain WC.

Lovely friendly
Pros:

Ernesto home is absolutely perfect. Weather you hire a car or don’t there is plenty of public transport. City is very easy to get around. Also there is a coffee shop down stair the coffee is very good and so cheap.

Tutto perfetto! 9 più che confermato! Ernesto super disponibile e gentile. Casa come in descrizione. Stanza e ambienti comuni sempre puliti. Adeguatamente spaziosa e fornita. Colazione inclusa super! Posizione lontana dal centro, ma se si ama esplorare e camminare è ancora meglio perché più comoda anche alla Playa de San Juan - in ogni caso è in una zona comoda ai mezzi di trasporto. Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile! Siamo stati due notti e se tornassimo anche per un lungo soggiorno sceglieremo qui! Proprio soddisfatti! Grazie Ernesto!

Pros:

Ernesto is a very homely and welcoming host whose hospitality deserves respect. The bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen were all very clean. There is a bus no. 1 bus stop right outside his apartment block for getting to the town centre and a large supermarket within view down a steep hill. The views across to Santa Barbara Castle and the sea are impressive.

Cons:

This high rise residential apartment block is not easy to find first time though it's pretty much at the NE end of the no. 1 bus route.The comparatively low accommodation cost does reflect that a bedroom with limited space is offered along with a kitchen and bathroom you share with the host's family, so it's not always quiet but is fine for a couple of days.

Muy agradable y atento, explico todo en detalle y la casa muy limpia. Recomendable 100%. Aunque está a las afueras de la ciudad hay un bus que te lleva desde el centro hasta el sitio.

Ernesto jest bardzo życzliwy, czyjesz się jak w gościach u przyjaciela. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co jest potrzebne, również dostęp do wyposażonej kuchni, gdzie jest wszystko niezbędne! W mieszkaniu jest bardzo czysto, łazienka jest udekorowana kwiatami.
Widok z okna to prawdziwa rewelacja! Zachód słońca można obserwować wiecznie, wygląda niesamowicie! Na pewno wrócimy do Ernesto, kiedy będziemy w Alicante!

Lorsque je suis arrivée, l'endroit était très flippant. Le pire quartier du coin j'imagine. Je n'ai pas souhaité logé ici j'ai alors contacté le propriétaire pour trouver un arrangement et lui proposer de nous rembourser car ça ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. Il n'a évidement pas accepté, ce qui a jeté un froid et je lui ai promis de laisser cet avis pour que les personnes sachent bien où ils mettent les pieds

Három szobás lakás, közös fürdő, Wc. Tiszta volt minden. Amit ígér teljesíti a lakás. A kilátás szép, látni szinte az egész várost. Bevásárlási lehetőség közelben, séta távolságra.

Cons:

Nehezen találtunk parkoló helyet.
Nehezen találtunk oda, egy bővebb leírás jó lenne.
A Genius kedvezményhez járó reggeli vicces. Egy kicsit tartós péksütemény, lekvár kávé, tea.
