Pros:

My stay in this apartment in Alicante was truly an excellent experience. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available for any questions or recommendations, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed, even more than expected. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all key amenities, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.

I would especially highlight the warm welcome and the host’s professionalism, making us feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described (or even better).

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit Alicante. I would definitely come back again!

Hôte très sympas & petite chambre fonctionnelle
Pros:

Une nuit passée chez Ernesto, nous avons été très bien accueillis ! L’appartement est sympas, la chambre un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Nous étions en voiture, il est possible de se garer plus ou moins loin de l’immeuble suivant les places disponibles. Il y a un bus pour rejoindre Alicante.

Good accommodation, value for money
Pros:

Clean room in an apartment with a great view of the Castle of Alicante located in a quiet neighborhood. Behind the building there is a Mercadona supermarket and a few minutes away (on foot) a shopping mall.
Although small, the room had everything you need and new furniture.

Cons:

For a 7:30-8:00 morning person, the room is perfect. Otherwise, it can be a bit disturbing due to the noises produced in the apartment by the other residents.

Wspaniały pobyt w Alicante
Pros:

Wszystko było znakomite. Można było poczuć się jak u siebie. Łazienka i kuchnia bardzo wygodne do korzystania, pokój z widokiem na całe miasto i morze, a panorama z salonu to było coś niesamowitego.
Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, to dla nas była doskonała. Zastanawialiśmy się, czy będziemy mieli co robić w Alicante przez kilka dni, gdy jesteśmy tu po raz kolejny, ale odległość od centrum i od morza a także parku El Palmeral idealnie pozwalała zrobić sobie codzienny konkretny spacer. W zasadzie wszędzie można dotrzeć bez pojazdu i do tego rozprostować nogi 🙂

Příjemný pan domácí, malý pokoj s manželskou postelí, skříň,stolek, židle, rychlá wifi, zásuvky u postele.Možnost zamknutí pokoje.Sdílená plně vybavená kuchyň a koupelna.Vše čisté.Společné prostory se sdílí s majitelem a dalšími ubytovanými.V blízkosti velký supermarket i zastávka bus.Parkování na ulici v blízkosti bez problémů.

Het zicht vanuit het appartement. Niet ver van het logement is er een mercadonna waar je alles kan krijgen.

Cons:

Het is meer couchsurfing dan Airbnb of hotel. Logeren bij privé persoon. Klein appartement in een grote blok. De gastheer was vriendelijk maar niet erg sociaal. Ontbijt was er niet of het was een melkbroodje met jam. Als je 2 kamer verhuurt van de 3, moet iedereen zich met warm water kunnen douchen wat niet het geval was, jammer genoeg.

Pros:

Ernesto fue súper atento y nos hizo sentir en casa.

A pesar de tener un parking privado para la comunidad estaba lleno y tuvimos que aparcar a 15 min andando de la casa.

Ako kapiraš ovaj koncept i ne tražiš previše sve će ti biti ok Lokacija jeste da nije baš najsjajnija i sam kraj je malo upitan(liči na Pekam),ali je super povezana i ima odličan market.Stan je sladak,ima sve što je potrebno za kraći boravak.Soba jeste mala i fali joj par stvari ali iovako tu samo prespavaš.Za ovu cenu mislim da je i više nego solidno

Za obilaske je ok,ali za neki odlazak na plažu je predaleko .Kraj je malo "čudan" ali opet siguran.Sobe su male i fali joj bar neka lampa ili stočić pored kreveta Nedelju dana nismo menjali ni peškir ni posteljinu,doduše možda smo i sami krivi što nismo tražili.Malo je i bilo hladnjikavo,ipak smo bili u januaru.
