The transportation is convenient and the scenery is beautiful, but it can still be further improved

The floor-to-ceiling view of the room is very beautiful and the overall environment is relatively clean and tidy. The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation. The breakfast tastes good.

Cons:

However, the window of the room arranged by the front desk staff for the first time was very small, which was quite different from the window of the room I ordered. After I made the request, the front desk staff refused to change the room for me. I think this attitude caused me an uncomfortable experience. In the end, it was another male staff member who changed the room for us with a large window. And after checking in, I found that the hair dryer in the room was also damaged.

Very great hotel, great location to be in. Close to many things.
Pros:

Loved the location. And the hotel itself.

Cons:

I didn’t have any trouble but my friend said that if your room was close to the harbor that you could hear the boats while they were docked throughout the night.
