Location
View- overlooking both the town and the lake. Magical view when you drink your coffee .
No phones in rooms
No room service
No complimentary water
No bathroom amenities (tooth brush, etc).
Breakfast buffet menu was very limited.
No Tourist trips or activities or desk. For booking trips inside the hotel.. I asked the frontdesk and they Said they have none and we need to go to tourist shops outside to find about it.
I had bunk bed in my room, when the staff unlocked the bunk beds, they didn't tell us there's a ladder under the main king bed that can be used for the bunk beds, we discovered that on last day before we check out.
I can say few were Unfriendly staff due to the way they respond to guests from various countries. I asked the reception for toothbrush and he. Said: " We don't offer tooth brush here, you can buy one from supermarket" ..
So, I'll leave it here for you to judge.
Excellent location for shops, cafes and meeting point for tours. Fabulous views from hotel rooms facing the sea. Superb breakfast and comfortable beds,
Nothing
Breakfast was good; although about 9:30am so half an hour before the bfast is done you can tell that less items or some not all being brought any more.
Location is brilliant; very easy access to all attractions. Nice.
Heating in the room is adequately good.
Bathroom facilities were good.
Dinner was nice but very very expensive - £50 per person even though it is a buffet that’s not worth it.
For a room for £1200 for 3 nights no water in the room is a rather bad joke.
As mentioned about bfast - not great in terms of what we can save on or for tomorrow or later for lunch.
Dinner price is crazy; and buffet was nice on Friday evening but Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday was the same stuff so if you pay that much that’s repetitive boring stuff. And we seen chefs covering salmon into clean film for next day? I’m public? Come on….
Eco or not - clean towels / or change of mugs / glasses every morning for a room for over £350 a night should be absolutely essential not exception.
For a standard the hotel isn’t worth the price; honestly.
Sluitingstijd van de bar vond ik een beetje vroeg en was op zondag niet open .
Location was great, next to Radisson blue however it has better view, breakfast is good enough not so great as I was expecting, room a bit smaller money value wise.
No luggage carrier, no bidet.
非常令人生气!
booking也不解决问题!

The location was great, as was breakfast and the option for a family room with 2 bunk beds.
The room was very small, including a very small bathroom, which felt cramped for our family of 4 (kids 9, 11) and our luggage (1 bag each). Maybe the smallest hotel room we’ve stayed in in Europe. There are shared spaces in the bar area that were nice to have to go to and spread out a bit.

前台一副臭脸!
Posizione, vista, letto comodo, buffet
Bagno piccolo e scomodo, pulizia camera facoltativa
An amazing hotel with great food and staff. Centrally located
Rooms are very small for families
Hotel fantastyczny! Najlepsza lokalizacja, personel pomocny, jednak słaby stosunek jakości do ceny, za tę cenę warunki mogłyby być lepsze. W niedzielę zamknięty bar oraz restauracja.
Zdecydowanie lokalizacja.
The hotel was right in the harbour and an easy walk to the restaurant and activities. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and tidy and had a lovely view of the waterfront especially at night. The buffet was excellent, tasty and had a wide selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Tromsø.
Nothing we didn't like. Couldn't fault the hotel, food, staff or location.
