Dårlig rom. Mye støy og dårlig luft!
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet. Hyggelig personell

Cons:

Jeg ba om et fint rom. De ga oss som har med et barn et rom rett ovenfor et utested hvor det var støy hver kveld. Rommet var også for lite for tre stk!! Rett og slett et dårlig rom!

Aangenaam verblijf voor een korte tijd door centrale ligging en goede service.
Pros:

De centrale ligging en bereikbaarheid, het goede ontbijtbuffet, de mooie ontbijtruimte met uitzicht, de vriendelijkheid en gedienstigheid aan de balie, de grootte van de kamer voor 2 die we gelukkig wat groter hebben gekozen (kon een kamer voor 4 worden door 2 opklapbedden in de wand) want anders zeer kleine kamers.
Het defect aan de TV (geen beeld wel hele nacht schermlicht) werd onmiddellijk verholpen na melding.

Cons:

De drukte rond het hotel (vooral de hele nacht door) van:
Bussen auto’s en taxi’s, op- en afgaande tourbussen, toeristen die opgehaald werden en teruggebracht werden voor excursies, de enorm grote cruiseschepen bij het gebouw en de drukte die dat meebrengt. (de raamisolatie kan beter)

Pros:

A smart, clean, comfortable hotel with great views of the harbour just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Tromso. Helpful staff and an amazing breakfast buffet, probably the best I've encountered! Good shower, good WiFi.

Sehr gutes Hotel, zentral am ruhigen Hafen gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel. Zentral am Hafen gelegen. Wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge, aufs Wasser und den Hafen. Auch wenn es 24h hell ist kann man gut verdunkeln und gut schlafen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Nichts, alles war gut!

Pros:

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The accommodations were impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was stunning, making for a very memorable stay.
