Sentralt og fint men skulle ha bedt om rom mot sjøsiden.
Pros:

Veldig sentralt og betjeningen var hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Hadde rom i 3 etg. med bussstopp og treffsted for turister rett utenfor. I tillegg mye bråk fra restauranten på andre siden av veien. Måtte ha vindu åpent da det var utrolig varmt vær og sola rett på vindu. Fant ingen aircondition på rommet.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten sehr geeignet.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage. Zimmer war von Grösse her passend für unseren Anspruch. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Könnte mehr gepflegt sein, Badeimerdeckel defekt, fiel bei der Benutzung auf den Boden. Das Badezimmer war mit Dusch- und Handwäsche ausgestattet - es ist auch nur ein 3 Sterne- Hotel.

Great location but room was really sad.

The room was small, old and poorly lit. Smelled a bit musty. Mattresses were very soft.

Helt fantastisk service fra hotellet, ønsker kun tydeligere merking i badekar.
Pros:

Vi kom inn på bryllupsnatten vår og fikk oppgradert til Master suite, dette var helt fantastisk! Frokosten var god og personalet var veldig behjelpelig.

Cons:

Jeg hadde tenkt å ta et bad og skulle skru av vannet mens jeg var i badekaret, men siden det var litt forvirrende kraner (jeg sjekket i ettertid og det var ikke godt markert med varmt/kaldt symbol) skrudde jeg med et uhell på varmen til det varmeste og vannet ble kokende varmt på få sekunder. Dette ledet til at jeg fikk førstegradsforbrenning fra under skulderbladet og ned på hele høyre side av ryggen, noe som ga meg akutte smerter som varte i flere dager.

Siisti hotelli. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Cons:

Viereisessä laiturissa ollut laiva tuprutteli dieselin käryä huoneeseen, joten tuulettaa ei oikein voinut. Piti myös melkoista jyminää. Hotelli ilmoittaa parkkimahdollisuudesta, mutta paikkoja oli vähän ja jouduimme jättämään automme kauemmas parkkiluolaan, mikä tuli vähän hintavammaksi.

Pros:

A smart, clean comfortable hotel very close to the centre of Tromso and very close to the ferry terminals (both the Hurtigruten and Express ferries). The staff were very helpful and let us store out bicycle boxes and let us assemble our bikes in their office. Significantly cheaper than the similar sister Scandic hotel in Svolvaer. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The electricity in the room is activated when you put your keycard into a slot - this means that the fridge goes off when you remove the card when you leave the room which isn't very useful!

Keine ruhigen Nächte.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und direkt am Wasser.

Cons:

Es fallen hohe Parkgebühren an. Sollte man einen Parkplatz am Hotel bekommen rund € 40. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel kosten rund € 80. Am Tag!

Erheblichen Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage verfügt. Wir mussten das Fenster über Nacht offen lassen. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer, in ca. 30 Meter Entfernung lag ein Kriegsschiff der Norwegischen Marine. Statt den ruhigen Landstrom zu nutzen, lieft Tag und Nach der Schiffsgenerator. Im Bett liegend habe ich so knapp 50 Dezibel gemessen! - Damit hat das Hotel die wesentliche Funktion nicht erfüllen können: Eine ruhige und angenehme Nacht.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Wir haben anfangs und Ende Ferien je 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracfht.
schöne Zimmer 1. Aufenthalt im 5. Stock, 2. Aufenthalt im 6. Stock
beim 1. Aufenthalt hatten wir das Zimmer genau gegenüber von einem sehr lärmigen Pub. Für den 2. Aufenthalt haben wir ein Zimmer in die andere Richtung verlangt, welches dann wirklich auch schön ruhig war.
Die Lage ist perfekt, genau am Hafen
Sehr grosses Frühstückbuffet mit grosser Auswahl und sehr feinem Fisch

Cons:

Leider war gegenüber ein Pub, welches sehr lärmig war bis 2 Uhr nachts
Sehr teure Parkplätze

Gut gelegenes Hotel, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Schmutzige Kaffeetassen ( Lippenstiftreste), fehlender Löffel ;
Restaurant war leider geschlossen!
Leider sind die Parkgebühren der öffentlichen Hand sehr teuer!
