Good hotel in budget but mattress is horrible
Pros:

Tye only problem was the mattress provided in the room was very hard like wood. They asked to upgrade the room for extra charge. Other than that it was a good hotel. Also no transport is available near hotel. You have to walk 2 km to get a ricksjaw

When I'm booking and then I'm reached the hotel one men I meet and he said no booking from your side and he said give cash then I'm booking the room. I'm not satisfied with this hotel

Location is good.

Cons:

It’s not for family stay. We had two rooms, some drunkard started knocking one of our rooms in the midnight in which most of the occupants were female. They did it thrice. Complained to the caretaker and the owner. Had to change one room in the midnight. The new room was full of cigarette smoke and alcohol odour. Next day in the daytime someone knocked the door to ask for unknown person. In total there’s no control in visitors there, anyone can come into the hotel and knock your room without any check. Had to pay full money in advance. Even single bottle of water is chargeable.

No drinking water bottle available in room.
tiny refrigerator should be provided in rooms.
bed in front of doors eye hole. which breach the privacy of occupants.
land line phone circuit should be with reception and other services.
