Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sam specially gave me a tour of the Hotel and conference rooms. The location is perfect for some future events I would like to host.

Its a wonderful place it just needs a little pick me up

The property is very nice and located in a well people are very friendly and welcoming always will to assist

Cons:

1. The room carpet not really clean
2. The heater was not working as the weekend was cold and rainy
3. The room doesn’t have air conditioner to cater cold or warm weather
4. The bed was nice and clean though the base cover was not fitted it made the bed seem very dirty
5. Bar man was quite helpful and very friendly
6. Kitchen staff was also great alway smiling and going the extra mile

Cons:

Room 27 was very outdated, I walked past refurbished rooms that were in a much better condition, yet was placed in an older room. Mirror was ruined, not broken but full of black spots, couldn't see myself clearly in it. Towels were older than I would use in my own house, washed so many times they were hard and no longer fluffy.

I have stayed at the hotel for over thirty years and when I worked in Limpopo I stayed two or three times a week .The staff are fantastic cannot do enough for you the rooms are the same as they where. 30 years ago it needs a major renovation it’s very tatty it’s such a same .The menu in restaurants very limited (no trout any more ) I was sad to see how few people were staying there 5.lots the good old days it was always full Tuesday to Friday Your owners and senior management should be ashamed that a very nice hotel has been neglected for such long time please get them to email me when they going to get off there back sides and fix it regards Robin Arnold my email is Robincars@ hotmail.co.uk and my SA mobile is 0722082319 looking forward to your response regards Robin Arnold

Disappointed with their facilities but i loved the views and location

On our second night our bathroom toilet started leaking and whenever we tried to flush it it water was all over the floor.We couldnt use the bathroom because there was a stench coming out whenever we tried flushing the toilet or running water to bath
