The room was clean and staff was very friendly
The waterfall walk was also refreshing

Pros:

The room was nice and we had warm water all the time and even the food their restaurant their food is nice

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room and a microwave i ddnt think it was something that we should request i thought it was compulsory cause the guest can come with their own drinks and put it inside the fridge nonetheless i had a great time

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay
Pros:

Our room was ideally placed in the hotel near all facilities.
Our view was good once the mist had lifted and the trees and hills much enjoyed.
We had a variety of meals in your pub, tea/coffee room which we enjoyed

Cons:

We preferred not to use the TV because the programs were not good and no decent news!

I really appreciated the fact that they granted my wish to prepare my room the way I asked and at no costs... Big ups to the Hotel for making my stay worthwhile. I felt at home, away from my home. The food is very delicious.. 10/10 for the chefs... And the Barmens are very friendly.
