Loved the spaciousness of the apartment.
The bathroom floor towel was dirty, the shampoo was already used, there was hair that wasn't mine, throughout the apartment. The dishes were dirty. There was no cookware. (Though available upon request) The hot water didn't work in the shower. Overall, I booked this place specifically so I could cook and take a bath in a real bathtub. When I asked the reception if I could be moved to an apartment with a bathtub, I was told the bathtubs are only available in the 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms apartments. This wasn't advertised in the booking. Only ohotos of a nice spacious tub. I came for my birthday and I teach English in the countryside, where living conditions are difficult for me and I was really looking forward to a modern bath. Overall, I was disappointed in the experience.

Extremely spacious apartment. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed with excellent aircon throughout. In a nice area within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and S21. Felt safe with security guards on the entrance. Fab gym and pool, neither of which are ever busy. Owner responsive to messages. Great view from the balcony.
Lack of information provided in advance about how/where to enter the property (through the car park) and check in. A house guide would have been very useful to cover things like turning on the gas for the hob, how long the water takes to heat up for the shower, the swimming pool opening times, the WiFi details for the gym/pool, rubbish disposal etc. Cooking equipment not automatically provided, you have to message to request it to be delivered. No oven glove or tea towel provided. No hand towels provided. No hand wash provided. Finally there were some cockroaches in the apartment - not an infestation but about one every other day.
Apartment was spacious with good light. Comfortable bed and pillows. Mostly quiet with only occasional street noise. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The first impression was not sure of where to go to check in as nothing obvious
But once inside we were impressed by the building, and the apartment was very spacious and very well presented
The only thing to let it down for us was the lack of kitchen utensils, the toilet off the main room took ages to refill and kept running....annoyingly
The hot water ran out very quickly when two showers were had
The taps were leaking slightly
These are all minor maintenance issues that could be sorted easily
Staff are very helpful, need anything just inform them
