Pros:

The location and place are quite lovely which is why its not a 1. The room was clean but the refrigerator was pretty loud and no coffee to use for the coffee machine.

Cons:

We were very unlucky to have a group of extremely loud guests staying at the hotel on the same night as us. At around 4:00 a.m., they started shouting and making a lot of noise in the corridor, and then played very loud music until approximately 5:30 a.m.

We contacted reception, and someone did come up to ask them to keep the noise down, but unfortunately it had very little impact. Given the time and the severity of the disturbance, I feel the hotel should have taken stronger action and asked them to leave.

We were only staying for one night before starting a long journey to Austria, so getting a good night’s sleep was particularly important to us. Unfortunately, we were unable to rest properly and were genuinely very disappointed with the experience.

Although I am not sure how refular is this experience, it is a real shame because the hotel itself is actually quite nice. Once everything was quiet, you could even hear the birds singing, which shows how peaceful the surroundings can be. Sadly, the noise during the night completely spoiled our stay and I actually felt worried for our safety over the night.

Locație foarte bună, ambient extraordinar, mâncare excelentă.

Cons:

Servirea la restaurant se face încet, din cauza personalului insuficient. Instalațiile din camere (cele din baie) nu sunt întreținute, la modul în care trebuie doar fixate puțin (strânse niște piulițe) ca să nu se mai miște. Nu trebuie înlocuit nimic.

All together , very disappointing
Pros:

The apartment was nice. TV in the living room and bedroom, and a small fridge. The bathroom was tidy, but it took a very long time for the hot water to run. The balcony, with its uncomfortable iron chairs, is very narrow; you cannot pass each other. No elevator, lots of stairs. And here too (as we have experienced before), there was no communication at the reception; we received absolutely no information (breakfast, restaurant, Wi-Fi...) when checking in: room key, pointing to the stairs, and that was it.

We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

The balcony and bedroom are located above the terrace with very loud music until 11:15 PM, and that starts again at 7:45 AM! Not quiet music, but loud, pounding noise (in our opinion, but that is a matter of personal taste).

Wi-Fi is weak and cuts out regularly.

Nice coffee machine, but no coffee capsules.

Perfektní domluva - přijali nás dříve než mají v pravidlech. Velice milá paní recepční. Jedinečné místo architekturou a vybavením hotelu, krásný exteriér, nevšední interiér, pestrá snídaně v útulné restauraci. Tleskám.

Très bel etablissement.
Bon petit déjeuner, copieux.
Le restaurant, contrairement à certains commentaires ou nous avons été servis rapidement et agréablement par du personnel souriant.

Cons:

Aucun renseignement donné par la personne de l'accueil.
Chambre très petite pour deux personnes.
Pas de porte-manteaux, 2 cintres dans la pendrille.
Une couette de une personne pour deux !

Hotel und ZImmer ok. Der Weihnachtskrippenstil ist wohl etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig
Pros:

Ein etwas außergewöhnliches Hotel mit angenehmen Zimmern. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Mit der Architektur hat man wohl etwas über das Ziel hinaus geschossen. Pseudo-Rustikal.
Und dass vor dem Haus im Zelt gleichzeitig eine Technoparty gefeiert wird, war nicht so im Sinne eines ruhigen Aufenthalts.
