Pros:

Excellent location, confortable room. Also a good bed and good breakfast.

Cons:

Expected more facilities at the hotel (better bar, sauna/gym).
No garage, the deal they have with the large park in front is a little cumbersome: you need to get an entrance ticket, park and validate the ticket at the hotel. To take the car you have to go to the park's central booth, validate with a person and then you can leave. Every time! Although it's 24 hours, probably not a very confortable process to do at night time.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba justo enfrente de una sala de fiestas y el ruido de la gente se escuchaba como si estuviera la ventana abierta. Deberían mejorar la insonorización.

Prometía , pero…
Pros:

Céntrico , habitaciones cómodas y limpias .

Cons:

Tiene un gran problema con las habitaciones que dan hacia el puerto. Hay un centro de ocio nocturno justo enfrente. La música retumba en las habitaciones. En mi caso, en el último piso, la noche del viernes y el sábado hasta más allá de las 5 de la mañana sin poder descansar.

Una estancia decepcionante
Pros:

El trato del personal es muy bueno, trabajadores amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas esperábamos mejores instalaciones y servicios. Hemos ido a hoteles de menos estrellas que te reciben con una botella de agua fresca al menos y en la mayoría ofrecen café de cápsulas o té. La habitación daba a una discoteca y por las noches se escuchaba el ruido de la gente y si pasas por la calle de madrugada está lleno de jóvenes que mean en cualquier lado. La habitación olía a cañería a ratos y el baño no tenía ni escobilla para el WC. En el baño, el aparato que guarda las bolsas de higiene se caía con solo mirarlo.
